Some times get really hard to release the camera or lens mounted on it, I can't figure out the problem yet!

Release button failed at 1 month
At first impression the phone holder looks great, but the release button has already failed after 1 month! I will be contacting customer service for support. Will update my review with my experience.Update: after emailing customer service I received a fast and friendly follow up from Naomi. She requested a video and explanation of my issue. I sent a short video showing the release button did not open the phone clamps. Within a couple days I received a replacement phone holder and this one worked perfectly. I'm now happy to have my great looking phone holder that works as expected. Hopefully, this one will last longer than the first one. I'm increasing my rating from my initial 1 star to 4 stars due to the great customer service.Update 11/2021 - the mount broke at the ball joint. This was disappointing, but customer service by Helen was once again absolutely amazing. She responded to my email quickly and sent a replacement unit within two days. I wish the mount was more durable, but service is top notch and warranty was honored by the company. Therefore, I'll keep rating at four stars.

Press AND release to take a reading.
Accuracy and the confirmation of the vibration make this very usable. Just remember press AND RELEASE the green button to get a reading. I did not rate ease of locking because I did not see anything in the manual on locking the device and frankly I don’t know what you would want to lock on a range finder.

My favorite part of this is the release button n how easy it is to use, no magnet that falls off, no Velcro, no slipping
