Great webcam overall, using on MacOSX.-Plug N Play -Yes!When you join a Conference/Virtual Meeting/Zoom check to make sure it’s built in mic didn’t override your settings to furnish the audio. It took a few calls to get this down, because it does it automatically and I have another usb audio drive and had to look for the MAC address to differentiate.Only down is the video looks hot and there are no adjustments that can be made to compensate unless you use a 3rd party app which is not worth the effort IMO.

The camera quality saves the mount in my opinion. The quality up close is just ok and doesn’t focus perfectly just you can still make out what you’re looking at. The mount you have to get to sit just right on your monitor is that’s where you are intending on putting your webcam. I have two monitors and it really only fits well on one and it fits on the older thicker one better than the brand new slim one I have.

This is a Change from my One Star review earlier. I have a brand new Mac Mini with Sierra came on it, and it would not work. There were no instructions in the box. So I had to try several things and finally got it to work. I went to Logitech and downloaded the software available and installed them. Then I went to the Apple App store and put in Logitech and chose the Logitech Cam app and installed it too. Then I had to click on that one and it runs in the background and has a couple things you can change. I also opened the Gaming program too with more changes you can made in brightness, white balance and so on. (I am not using it for Gaming, just recording things for Youtube and my business.) You also have to go into SOUND and choose the webcam speakers. Then I used the Zoom Program (zoom.us) in order to record myself on this! I had to go into settings there too... by Video arrow pointing up, and choose the 920 Webcam again.) When you do get it to work, it is very good quality. It just takes effort in Sierra. I did try using Quick Time as recommended on line, however, "I" was unable to make it work for me with Sierra. I did get it to work with this work around and wanted to share!! Instead of giving up and giving it away!! I hope this is helpful for others!!

I have it working as an RTSP cam via wifi on both my pc and phone, and while it takes some tinkering it works perfect for my needs, the battery charger and batterys are good, and it works well as a dash cam, Body cam, rifle cam, and more, all with just the included accessories, and maybe a tripod, i would definitely purchase again, only thing i wish it did, was better RTSP support, preferably via ONVIF, so that it doesnt require any tinkering(running wireshark to get the auth scheme, to work for both PC and phone) to get it to work as an amazing IP cam, and ive also used it as a USB webcam, which it did OK with, i prefer doing it over the wifi honestly, with a usb power bank...makes the perfect do-it-all webcam/ipcam/action cam/body & rifle cam, again the only area of improvement I can sight is the need to support ONVIF(and to support more than 1 client on the stream at a time, perhaps multicast?), but thats fixable in firmware, so hopefully that is implemented and then i would give it a 5/5, ill update it to that when they implement the updated firmware

Got a used one. I had my mac air folded in clamshell mode behind my tv-monitor. I plugged in the cam to a usb hub with 3 other things already plugged into it. I was worried it might not get enough juice passed through the hub.I opened skype, and just made the call. It just worked.Good image, good autofocus, good sound. Nothing spectacular, but it's price is really good for the outcome.I recommend it for a good entry level webcam.

We borrowed one from a friend to use for Skype. When we Skyped our daughter she was very impressed with the picture and sound quality. That was good enough for me. We ordered one the next day. It arrived promptly. We have been using it for the past couple of months and have been very pleased with it.

This device has exceeded my expectations. On a low budget, at that! It was truly plug-and-play! I've used this web cam for only a week, but I get clear images and sound. I am happy with my purchase. The only negative is that the lack of a complete manual in English.

If you don't have any webcam, you can get it. I just don't think the video quality or the convenience worth the hype. I can get as good or better quality video out of my iPhone connect wirelessly to my PC. In fact, I use both this cam and my iPhone 6s for my Youtube video shooting. I even prefer my iPhone over this and the iPhone app is free. But I guess I can only use one iPhone at a time so I have to buy this. Do a search for free iPhone apps. There are a few really good one out there. Don't buy this unless you need the 2nd one like me.
