Straight forward set up!!
This Abotec Telescope was very easy to assemble. I was up and looking at the night sky within 20 minutes. The easy instructions and well packaged parts made setting this telescope up simple. My son was excited to look through the telescope, so it was great how fast, and easy the set up was. I would definitely recommend this telescope to anyone especially for someone who wants a easy to set up, and high quality telescope.

Research is needed to work any telescope, but this telescope came with east set up instructions and convenient portability!

Very nice for beginners
This is my first telescope and wanted something easy and simple for a beginner. This telescope is exactly what fits that need.

Misleading
My quarrel isn't so much with the telescope as it is with the photos provided to demonstrate the telescope's abilities. The pictures provided were not pictures that have been taken using the telescope, not to mention the fact that the telescope lacks the power to even view these images with such clarity. It would probably be better to have no pictures than to show misleading ones.

Great Telescope!
I purchased this telescope as a gift and it was a big hit! It was given to a friend's child who has an interest in science and space. She uses the telescope quite a bit, and tracks planets and constellations. It's also used as a family bonding activity. The telescope is also great for taking pictures. This is a picture taken with iPhone using the telescope.

For a telescope, it was easy to assemble and easy to use. I bought it for my boyfriend, who loves it! It's a great little telescope!
