Battery life is amazing. 2 to 3 days without charging it.

They work well. No noise cancellation. No battery or charging to contend with

I really like this camera. But I missed placed the battery charging cord. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement cord? Thank you very much.

First of all, the sound is great. Secondly, the customer service has been very responsive. I bought this and enjoy it but about a month after using it the battery wouldn’t charge fully. Customer Service was very helpful and sent me a replacement. It works well but I’ve found again that the battery never seems to fully charge to a point where it stops charging. I’ve left it plugged in for 48 hours and it’s still charging. My first speaker would only go to 60% (that’s why they replaced it) and I’ll be keeping a close eye on the replacement. Ultimately, I would recommend this given the excellent sound and customer support

But there’s more…Great speaker, sound quality excellent, love the aqua color, connectivity quick/easy however things to know— 1) if the speaker gets to low or dead you cannot plug into wall/portable to recharge. It will flash once like it’s charging but then it stops. We tried multiple cords, adapters, outlets. After returning the second one, we figured out the charging issue was not a defect per se… you must plug into a PC to keep the “connection charge” going. Not ideal if you’re traveling. My son has this speaker also and he said if you don’t let it die completely or charge when it says low…no issues using wall charger. He was right! Frustrations over and so glad this little speaker rocks.2) We use ours at the beach. There is no port cover for the charging port or aux port. We’ve been unable to find an accessory to cover it. This means sand or debris can get inside easily because it’s near the bottom of speaker on the side. We are wrapping ours with a lightweight cloth bag or scarf, no issues. Or, you could put a bandaid or tape over it if you’re in a dusty/Sandy area.Awesome speaker just know these little hacks and the headaches we had will be prevented.

Short battery life & short charging cord. Battery lasts about an hour. Very disappointing!

Exactly what I was looking for. It uses a USB C charging port, easy to locate the MUTE button, the ring is flexible/feels rubberized, and totally surprised at how comfortable it is to wear.

I love this camera and the CloudEdge app. So easy to install and setup. Battery lasts a week without charging. Video is clear day and night
