It’s not that great but it’s durable
Can’t comment on water resistance but the sound quality has basically no bass. but for the solar powered battery-which performs spectacularly, it’s forgivable in my book. The “navigation” and volume buttons are the same and so that’s a really weird design. You have to touch the thing just right in order for it to change volume instead of skipping forward or backward in your playlist...

Very good Computer speakers
These are good above average speakers for a desktop setup. I like the larger size speakers as they look more modern and clean on the desk as opposed the smaller ones offered by logitech. The sound quality is above average and bass very deep. I mainly bought these to complement my setup and deliver good quality when necessary. I also like having the wired controller to control both volume, power, and to plug in headphones. Overall, these are very good speakers for the design and sound they offer.

Great Horsecollar Speaker
The best of the collar type speakers I've tried. Nice sound and decent dynamic range BUT, lacks substantial bass below 100hz. Now that said, it does do the, "bass-shaker" bit below 100hz, which is kinda cool. Bluetooth connectivity was excellent, with very low latency for good audio/video use. Still, for the price, Monster needed to step-up and give more bass than anyone else because of their reputation, but did not. Juuust a bit disappointing. IF, they can greatly improve bass response below 100hz, I would say this would be a keeper.Some would be happy with this. I'm not, unfortunately...

Nice little speaker!
For its size, this is a really good speaker! The volume controls on the back are handy. It could have a little more bass but I'm not listening to it for hours and hours. I have other speakers for that. It's very clear and I would recommend it.

Pretty good for the price
I bought these speakers for my garage since I spend a lot of time in there doing projects and detailing cars. The sound quality is pretty good and the bass does bump pretty hard. I just wish the bass control was on the remote. The bass control on this guy is on the back of the sub which and be a pain if you want to mess with the bass from time to time. I also wish the 3.5mm jack was detachable so I could replace the cord it came with with my extra long 30 ft cord. Other than that not a bad product for the cost and it does a pretty good job and playing music and playing it loud.

Great Speakers at a Great Price
Really have enjoyed these speakers. I think it has plenty of bass for my purposes. I use it at my computer and I can clearly hear all the vocals of every song which is how I gauge the quality of speaker.

Excellent sound quality
The speakers appear to be very good quality. They have really good sound quality and tone throughout the the volume range. The bass and treble controls actually work. I would like to have had a balance control feature, but otherwise they are great.

Excellent small format stereo PC speakers
I am very happy with these speakers. Previously had a small Bluetooth speaker, but found it was not always reliable and the sound was low fidelity. These new wired speakers were easy to hook up, look great, and have very good sound quality for the price. I would say the highs and midrange are really strong and clear, and the bass is good but not pounding (which is what I would expect for the price and size of these speakers). I also really like the handy and easy to use volume and off dial on the face of the right speaker. I would highly recommend these speakers to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, reliable, and great-sounding PC speakers.

Wow -- these are cool
OK - I am just amazed -- I ordered these speakers around 2:00pm yesterday with the free super-savers shipping -- 5 to 8 days -- they were here at 8:30 this morning.The sound is amazing -- I pushed them hard -- from Hall of the Mountain King by Apocalypta to Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli. No disappointment. I ran them all the way up to 75% power with no clipping or distortion -- at this level, ordinary conversation in my 12'x16' office was impossible. The bass, while not a room shaker, was vibrating the desk. The mid and high tones were crisp and clear. Separate bass and treble controls are a treat on PC speakers. I was amazed that a desktop computer could produce sounds that rival my home theater system. Complaints? Perhaps longer cables and a bit more bass. At $89,these are a bit pricey -- but quality is there!
