Must download software suite and upgrade firmware. It sporadically fails to output all audio otherwise.Have speakers plugged in to DAC passthrough, but it sometimes causes speakers to "pop" loudly during system bootup.The proprietary wire from headset to DAC is too short! Only enough for sitting with DAC nearby. Turning around on chair with headset is near impossible.Negatives out of the way, very comfortable headset for hours of use. Noticed no delay in game sounds due to usb connection. The DAC unit allows for adjusting game/chat volume on the fly and it's amazing. DAC also provides a great led display for monitoring temperatures (set via software suite), and is more easily visible than keyboard led. Mic is usable in the retracted position and has red led when muted.Unfortunately I can't discern improved audio quality with DAC, it sounds the same to me.

I'm able to mount my Insta 360 on a selfie stick to my motorcycle mirror using this clamp and despite the speeds and wind, the unit does not budge. Very happy with my purchase*edit 12/31/2022*Still happy with my purchase, however I wanted to add a suggestion for future purchasers. Replace the standard plastic washer with a rubber one. When there isn't a camera mounted and this unit is clamped onto a motorcycle the vibrations of the bike will slowly unscrew the washer and it'll fly off. This happened the first time I used this unit without a camera strapped (Battery died so I was riding home) and ever since I replaced the washer with a rubber one I have not had this issue ever since

Firstly, to address all the people saying that this drive is slow, yes, it is slow because it is not a solid state drive, but a hard disk drive. SSD's typically have way faster writing speeds and lifespans, but that's not really what people are looking for when buying HDD's since these are meant more for storage of media that you won't need on the fly. For example, I use it for storing things like old pictures, old recordings, and things that I generally won't be needing handy but still would rather keep. The writing speed, while a bit slow, (around 115 mbps average) is still bearable, and I'm overall happy with my purchase.

I do a lot of recording for various projects. For certain projects, I just need some basic audio from a USB mic (think Yeti) going straight into my DAW. For others, I have pro level mics running through preamps and mixers that produce audio at a much more professional level. Sometimes I need something in the middle and I don’t have a lot of options. Something that is sturdy and durable and can take some abuse, but yet is USB instead of XLR so I can throw it in my laptop and edit it on the fly or in the field. This really fills that niche. And while my needs are more utilitarian, I really like how this looks very professional compared so some of the other more garish options in this price range (think Yeti). I could slide this into one of the radio stations I work for and no one would think it looks out of place.Out of the box, I love the weight and format of this mic. It stands very solidly on your desk. It allows for either a desk mount or swing arm depending on your setup. It’s very easy to use, with just a single gain pot on the front. The hardware moves smoothly and easily but is nice and secure when you want it to be. It has a nice grill and it takes a windscreen like any of the others in this form factor. It was easy to connect and configure. I was really happy with the sound from it. Maybe not quite as nice as my AT2020 but not too far off. You’re pretty much all set to go out of the box but you can accessorize it and reconfigure it over time as your needs and preferences change. If they can keep this in the $40-$50 range, I would say this is a good value for a nice piece of hardware.

Super easy installation. My fiancé who owns his own handyman company said these were by far the easiest can lights he ever installed. We didn’t do any special wiring for the dimmer either. Just the three wires in the ceiling to the lights, and then installed the dimmer in the wall. No flickering or anything. Loved that we could select between 5 different light color, and then use the dimmer to modify the brightness
