It sound is really good for the price, but the build quality is a toss up with this brand?
I've recently bought 3 pairs of Eksa headsets, 2 of these and 1 of the E900 Plus. Out of those 3, only one hasn't had -too- many issues. (The E900 Plus mic never worked out of the box, but that's another model from this) One of the E900 Pro has already broken (the mic stopped working suddenly, and there are clicking noises inside the earcup with the slightest movement.. loose connecting wires etc) and this final pair of E900 Pro has had some issues with loosely connected wires causing me to have to keep my head very still while using the USB line, and the mic cutting out unless I wiggle it around for a while to find the sweet spot. The sound quality of the E900 Pro is very listenable, I would call it a "smooth" toned set, the mids and highs aren't the clearest but they blend well and the stage sounds pleasant. I like listening to these for music i want to turn up without my ears getting tired of the harsh treble on some of my other sets while not sacrificing the range. The bass sounds nice.

Great customer service - updated review
Edited February 15 2022I was contacted by the company's customer service after they saw my negative review. They offered to replace the defective headphones. They promptly mailed me replacements.So I can recommend them given they are backed by quality customer service.---I bought a bunch of these as the first pair seemed to work fine and the price was reduced. Shame on me- each pair started dying after a few weeks. They would no longer pair and impossible to reset. I tried exhausting the battery etc. Save your money and look elsewhere. These are cheap for a reason.

Disappointing
I really loved these ear buds. They were comfortable on my ears and although they would not stay in my ears while exercising, they could not fall off and the sound was still good enough for me. They were very difficult to pair with my iPhone, but worked for a month or two then would not stay paired. For example, I would take them off at night and the next morning they would be disconnected. This happened almost daily. I would return them, but it too too late to do that.Update: When the manufacturer read the above review, they contacted me to say that the earphones were probably defected and offered to replace them, which they promptly did. This kind of customer service deserves to be rewarded with an upgrade to 5 stars.November, 2022 I have been using these ear buds for over a y ear now and I have had no problems. I am very satisfied with them.
