Well, what can I say about this utilitarian product?- Nicely packaged product reflects pride on the part of the manufacturer- Works exactly as I would expect it to- Works with a webcam or normal camera- Cell phone holder works as intended- Easy to assemble with no need for tools- Does what it is supposed to do- Compared to the Amazon product listing, WYSIWYG

I had purchased a different brand of webcam for a slightly less price with similar features listed in the description. I was looking for a camera that could autofocus as opposed to a universal static focus. I was very disappointed with especially the supposed autofocus. Then I found the Logitech C270 webcam for slightly more cost. The difference is much better! I've found that Logitech equipment is almost always equal to or superior to other brands of similar prices. The app that is included with the camera allows for considerable adjustments. I'd say that the image quality is every bit as good as the best cell phone cameras or even my Pentax DSLR on low rez settings! And it adjusts automatically to various lighting situations that can present themselves in the room where your computer is. I am very pleased with my purchase. I've found you can't go wrong purchasing Logitech equipment of any kind.

No cheapness about it.If you are thinking of keeping in touch with family and loved ones using a webcam, this is a good model.Just realize a few things before going into this project.1.) The dream you have of enjoying clear, full screen, webcam "visits" with your Mom who lives far away, is just that. Dreamland, probably from watching too much sci-fi. Note: The picture quality you get on your own live, at home screen, is HD sharp. But things change (degrade) when you send and receive over the internet during a WebCam session!Sure, you can expand the viewing window, but the picture quality goes from slightly fuzzy (that's the best), to completely unusable. (Huge chunky pixilization).But let me tell you, to be able to sit around the dinner table using a webcam on both ends, and sharing "dinnertime" together with relaxed, pleasant conversation, even with a smaller viewing screen than you expected, is PRICELESS!!!The screen size isn't that bad, just not the perfect, HUGE, High Def, screen that the Star Trek Enterprize has on the Captains Bridge.OK? Get over it!2.) Computers on both ends need to be newer, faster models. There will belimitations on either side. Mom won't be able to use certain features because she doesn't have a dual core processor. Or the same software won't appear identical on both computers because she has Win XP and you have Vista. You may not be able to explain to Mom how to adjust her picture, because her software interface doesn't have the same controls.(TIP: I use free LogMeIn software to control her computer from my house.)3.) I tried ALL the main-stream free webcam programs, i.e. Skype, Windows Messeger, etc., etc. Nothing worked perfectly on both sides. (You need to use the same program on both sides.)Perhaps this was because Moms computer WAS slightly lacking in horsepower.(Both sides NEED high speed internet, by the way!)This process took hours of installing, going through the Joining Up and Activating phase, experimenting, then uninstalling and loading the next program on both computers, to try again!...(by the way, I live in Hawaii, my Mom lives on the Mainland! So if I can do it over the internet, you may be emboldened to try it!)The only program I got to work perfectly on both computers, was ooVoo.So, YES! We now enjoy very nice WEB Cam visits!The Logitech 9000 PRO has the best quality picture. Even allowing extreme close-ups.Mom can now show me her TV remote, and I can see if the bateries are installed correctly.Other webcams don't have the same sharpness to start with.Just read the reviews!

I really like this webcam. The software was easy to install. One thing that could be improved is the resolution of pictures. The video/photo quality could be better. The USB cable that connects is to the USB port on the computer could be a little longer too. Other than that, great product for the price that you pay.

If your in the market for a webcam but not trying to spend to much. I haven't tried to use it for streaming, but I have used it for Skype calls and recording videos. Everything works great and the good part is that it is plug and play. You can install the Logitech software if you like but it is not needed. When setting up Skype, it already was recognizing the cam before I installed the software.

Dopo alcuni giorni non posso che esprimere la massima soddisfazione per l'acquisto, il rapporto qualità prezzo è impareggiabile.Notevole, tra l'altro, la funzione webcam, attivata attraverso l'aggiornamento del firmware utilizzando il file ottenuto via mail praticamente in "tempo reale" , ha ulteriormente esteso l'uso della videocamera, tenuto anche conto che una webcam con grandangolo, da sola, costa di più...La dotazione di accessori è quasi sconcertante, soprattutto se si vede quanto costano singolarmente i vari attacchi. Consigliatissima!!

As a first-time grandfather, (twice in the last 2 years). I wanted the kids to see me more then twice a year. I purchased and tried 5 different cameras by 3 different companies. Nothing came close to the clarity, field of view, sound quality, or its "set and forget" features.There is no close second to this camera. Laptop owners, I also recommend this camera. The field of view is awesome, and the extra long cable will allow for greater flexibility.

Every time I switch programs or log into a new zoom call I have to connect and reconnect the webcam and sometimes re install the drivers. Trouble shooting guide is worthless. Camera quality and Mic are good when functioning. No left to right swivel. Clamping device does nothing for upward force making it kind of floppy.
