Quick customer service
Mic broke and blew out a speaker in one side but customer service was helpful and quick. Amy 莫彬珠 sent an entire replacement headset as soon as I reached out. My nephew will be happy!

I installed the dashboard pad on my dashboard and left it for a few days but it’s not sticky anymore. The suction cup was already stuck with the pad so I contacted their customer service. They replied me really fast and gave me instructions to separate the dashboard pad and suction cup, and even offered and sent a new suction cup to me. After that I installed the suction cup on the dashboard and it works great! I would give their customer service 10/10, they reply fast and they’re also really responsible to look into your problems. I’ll update once I use it longer :)

A update, my remote button had stop working and I contacted the seller after this purchase a year ago and they not only gave me a refund for the remote they recommended the best remote that I can use. Thank for that service.

I recently replaced my cell phone holder because I may have tighten the lug to tight which caused it to snap.Without hesitation I bought a replacement andomobil because it legit is the best and most sturdy brand I’ve ever owned.A couple of weeks pass and I received An unsolicited email from andomobil asking me if I was happy with the product and if it fit my vehicle.I gladly replied and told them how much of an andomobil groupie I had become. Then I told them I replaced my broken one because the lug broke (probably my fault) and without asking they offered to replace the broken piece.It appears andomobil stands by their product they sent me a replacement piece without me asking for one.Kudos to the excellent customer service and quick shipment of the part.

I bought this unit for my ice shack. The sound is amazing. Unfortunately after about 3 months, it started to act up regarding the charging of the unit. I got in touch with Doss customer service. Let me say in one word the service I received. AMAZING. !!!!!!! They got back to me right away. Chelsea was the first to contact me, told me what i needed to do. When that was complete she passed me off to Andy who sent a new speaker out right away. Rare that you get this kind of customer service now a days. Thank you both Chelsea and Andy.Pat M

Did have a charging issue, the battery wouldn't take a charge. Since it was after 30 days Amazon directed me the Doss for help. Thier customer support is great and helpful. New speaker arrived today.
