Ok so at first I thought I got a bad first batch so I sent it in for a replacement and then received the new set. So the first one really was not functional and this new is a bit better but the mic quality is not great. There’s a static sound that others hear and I hear a slight one when I’m just muted like there’s something wrong on the inside. Either way the build quality is sooo nice it’s such a shame these headphones don’t have a good mic which is the reason I purchased these smh idk maybe y’all had better luck than me. I want to return them but I’m afraid Amazon will think I’m being sketchy. Purchase at your own risk.

Didn't know it only recognizes to either Mac or Wi
I bought this to save my works from a Mac to a Windows laptop, then realized it doesn't adapt to Windows system after it's used on Mac. I spent some time to find solutions. I had to clear out the drive again (initialize for use) and reprogram it from the command center. Glad that worked so I didn't waste my money.
