Really like the replaceable pieces.
Wanted something in our price range where if the cord suffered misfortune we could replace the cord rather than the headset. This headset also comes with a replaceable mic. Sound is good, it’s been dependable so far.

Best Bluetooth yet!
This is my fourth Plantronics Bluetooth headset and by far the best. Absolutely fantastic. No one knows you're on a Bluetooth headset. I forget it's on my ear.
