Super comfortable but the mic has never worked and that's half the point
The headset is very comfortable and fits nicely over my rather large ears fine. The sound quality is very good if not quite anything like more expensive sets. But the mic doesn't work and never has, regardless of whether I use the USB or the audio cable. Very frustrating and for my purposes, where I bought it to use the mic, it makes them worthless.

Great external back up
I've purchased many of these for my business and sell them to my customers at cost. For large projects they are the best way to transfer files to my accounts. I've never had one fail, unlike more expensive models with fans, bells and whistles!For two terabytes of storage the price is excellent.

Small but great
Great product overall nice and sleek you can fit this pretty much anywhere. great for traveling too if you carry your computer with you. The only problem I had with this is when unplugging in the connector from the device itself made it a little difficult it would get stuck and required somewhat force to get it off but i figured out the trick after a while but heads up for someone new to the product.
