Loud and Bassy with NO Noticeable Distortion!
(tl;dr: Despite being from yet another Chinese brand I've never heard of till I found them on Amazon, the EKSA E900 Pro gave me a lot more than I paid for and is definitely one of the best options under ***$100***, not just under $50, especially if you like bass and loudness!) (Also note: I haven't yet tried the 7.1 surround sound drivers yet, so I'll have to update this review with that part later.)I knew from the get-go that EKSA was another Chinese brand out of countless hoping to connect with markets overseas via Amazon. Contrary to popular American opinion, since I can't speak for other nation's collective opinions, that's not necessarily a bad thing! There definitely is a good portion of Chinese companies that genuinely do want to spread love by producing quality products at mind-boggling prices and by providing top-tier customer service. Judging by the surprising quality of this headset (especially for the price!), I'd say EKSA is one of those companies.I always have a hard time looking for good speakers and headsets online. As most of you can relate, I'm sure, it usually comes down to taking a chance with what you believe are your best options (one more shout-out for Amazon's awesome return policy!). I get tired of the products from the no-name-brand sellers on Amazon sometimes, so I tried to go American brand name this time. I tried gaming headsets from Sennheiser, Razer, Corsair, Turtle Beach and others... and they all just didn't do it for me. Either they were too cheaply made, too small for my big head or just didn't have the kind of sound I was going for.Now I'm no audiophile, but as a gamer, music lover and novice music producer I need something with some oomph! Those Call of Doody and battle royale optimized hunks of plastic just won't cut it for me. So I had to take a chance with something I don't always consider. The products sold by all the random Chinese brands with strange names like Jeecoo and Beexcellent (a name which makes more sense than most of them). If you use Amazon as much as I do, running into these sellers is to be expected. And like I said, not necessarily a bad thing.I saw this particular headset, the EKSA E900 Pro, many times. Most of the time when I did a search for gaming headsets, this one was at the top. I finally figured it was for a reason. It was. This headset feels comfortable enough that I'm not constantly focused on adjusting it, has enough bass to finally rescue my eardrums from that awful feeling of being underwhelmed, and most surprising of all, can get louder than pretty much every other gaming headset I've tried - WITHOUT an amplifier, no less - and with NO distortion that I could hear even at max volume! And no, the quality of the mids and highs aren't sacrificed for the sake of better bass. I don't know as much as I should about soundstage except enough to say, don't expect the soundstage to be audiophile level. But I can say that for $40, you get a pretty awesome headset here that in my opinion blows away headsets costing up to $100 from the competition (looking at YOU, Razer!).Also, this is the only headset I've ever seen that uses a REMOVEABLE USB-C-TO-USB-A cord as the primary connection! (And yes, you can use both the headphones and microphone with only this cord plugged in.) This means that I can literally use the same cord I recharge my Galaxy S8+ with to replace the cord for this headset. The mic works just fine, not ridiculously sensitive and comes through pretty clear. I'd say it's just as good if not better than that of most headsets I've used over the years. Nothing super-duper special but definitely more than adequate. The on-headset controls are certainly a plus too, as are the aluminum adjustable bands. Cheap plastic adjusting bands were the downfall of my last otherwise enjoyable headset, Anker's Soundcore Strike 3. Anker is a more renowned Chinese company, known for quality budget-friendly audio products. That headset ticked a lot of boxes for me, but having both its bands break on me still isn't cool... and while I'm on the subject, I'd say this headset is better in every way except for not being quite as comfortable and not being able to extend its adjustment bands as much. The Strike 3 really does it for comfort! So in summary, if you're looking for a headset that looks good without having excess LEDs, feels good without wanting to slide right off your head or clamp with enough force to conspire with the light from your screen to give you a migraine, and sounds good enough to rock your brain without leaving much to be desired and disturbing your mind with distortion noise, all without taking a big chunk out of your paycheck AND being built to last...... then look no further and buy yourself an EKSA E900 Pro!(If you didn't realize it by now, I'm a genuine American reviewer. You can tell because I didn't make several spelling and/or grammar mistakes and also didn't fail to put a space after any punctuation marks, like this ->,which is unfortunately typical for Chinese typists translating to English. After all, they have to translate from a language that is hardly like ours grammatically, and they also are using completely different symbols too most of the time, so I have to say they're doing pretty well at it all things considered.I also was not incentivized in any way to write this review. No sketchy emails were sent to me about this, nor did I receive a dishonorable little card offering me a sweet deal in exchange for a glowing review. No, instead I wrote this because it is a principle of mine to recognize hard effort given with the intent of delivering me a satisfying product for a satisfying price with satisfying service. Thank you very much, EKSA!Thank you for reading this essay of a review! I genuinely hope it has helped you in your purchase decision, which believe me, I know can be a struggle! I will update this review if something changes for the worse and EKSA weirdly decides to suddenly not offer me a good resolution. Have a good day/night, and may you be blessed!)

Great for the price!
Great goggles for the price. The nose area is a little weird. Maybe it’s my face shape. They don’t sit all the way down on my nose. Love them though.
