This works great - trying to buy more.
I bought this to power an outdoor beacon when our system went into alarm. Unfortunately, Ring has not yet figured out that they need to have a setting for "lights on" when the system goes into alarm, as our now no-longer-supported $7000 Honeywell security system had. This does, however, work perfectly with the Ring Bridge to power on the beacon while anything is within the motion path of the camera. It is quite inexpensive, and very well-made. Our outdoor beacon was over $1000.00, while this device is around $30.00. If Ring gets the programming for this together, I will be SO happy, but this device and the bridge work flawlessly!

Works well BUT!
the device rings with the ring doorbell, but the nightlight is NOT automatic as Ring claims and you can only turn it on or off on the phone. I turned it off since is is not automatic and would stay on day and night if allowed to ( RING really has to stop misleading people)

Simple
I bought this for my doorbell ring device it was easy yo install also connect with my ring.. I am satisfied with this device.

The setup is a breeze.
the setupis a breeze. This is my 4th Ring device, placed in 2 locations - miles apart but all 4 visible using the Ring app. Easy-peazy.

Extended my WiFI Plus
Well this device only really extends WiFi signal for Ring devices versus a true all purpose range extender but it does the job. I had to buy one as the Ring Spotlight camera that I installed on patio just wasn't working very well with my WiFi router due to poor signal. The problem was several walls and glass doors between router and spotlight. So tried this and it solved the problem. I installed this on the wall closest to the spotlight and the RSSI signal went from -61 to -36 so that is a major improvement. I also like the chimes for my RIng doorbell.

Sturdy. Good value!
Pros: Easy assembly. Locking height clips on the tripod. Phone holder bracket tightens vs holding by tension, and doesn't feel tippy when you have the ring pointing downward. The remote paired easily to my Android and controls the video and camera remotely.Cons: you have set the light settings on the ring before adjusting the ring in a downward position or you can't see the control panel.The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is that they put an inline controller (on/off/brightness/setting) on the electrical cord or add these options to the remote.

Solid Smart Lock. Known Brand.
Only pairs to one hub. Had to chose between my Ring and Smartthings. Opted for Ring. Wish I could do both. Easy and quick to install. Once up and running, it’s a great addition to my Ring Security System.

Satisfied with this wi-fi extender
My Ring Spotlight Cam stayed offline more than on until I installed the Ring Chime Pro. No problems since....
