CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT
The headset is pretty good in terms of sound quality, just make sure to use the USB connector if you want that kind of sound quality. Mic stopped working, but the customer service is A+ and they replied when I contacted them about the mic. They also sent me a replacement, along with another headset I guess for better customer satisfaction. Thanks EKSA, very professional and quality products

Everything with our monitor lasted great for around a year. After that the battery started to die and it started shutting off. However, I reached out to moonybaby on Facebook and the customer service was like none I had ever received! They got back to be in a very timely manner, offered advice on how to potentially fix our monitor and when that didn’t work they overnighted a brand new battery for free! That is true customer service!These monitors are not cheap so it’s fantastic when a company values their customers and does everything to make it right. We are back to full power and it’s working like it’s new again!

Our monitor sound stopped working less than a year of having it. We really liked this monitor, and I was very upset. Customer service was amazing and sent us a new one free of charge. They were extremely easy to work with, and I would definitely use them again!

I initially bought this monitor and camera for my first baby (based on amazon reviews) and decided to buy a second camera for my second baby. However a couple months after we had my second baby the charger cable connection to the mini usb on the monitor just stopped charging my monitor. The connection was really bad and I always had to get it plugged in just right to charge. Well one day it just stopped working no matter how hard i tried to mess with the connection. ..Well apparently they have changed the charging port to the newer baby monitors but I really didn’t want to have to buy another monitor after this one broke. So it’s been 2+ years since I bought this monitor initially. I contacted Infant optics- BEST customer service EVER! They replaced my (used amazon monitor that I purchased used) with a refurbished monitor and it works SO GREAT! Even gave me some extra cables in the box. This monitor looks brand new and I’m so happy I wasn’t out the $$ to buy a new one. Highly recommend!!

We had gotten our baby monitor as a baby shower gift about 3 years ago and the monitor just now quit working. Contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Sent me a replacement monitor which arrived in a couple of days.

I am one not to usually write reviews. However, the customer service with moonybaby has been great! One of our cameras wouldn’t show anything at night. I messaged the company and they return a message within 24hours. Usually shorter. They are sending us a new camera. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I have received with this company.

My wife and I received the Moonybaby camera and monitor for Christmas in 2020. After 8 months the monitor would not stay charged. The customer service had our replacement unit to in less than a week and were very prompt when returning emails. I was very impressed with the customer service. They offer some trouble shooting advise and when that failed, they replace the monitor.
