Excellent product and customer service!
We bought our first monitor in 2017 for our first child. We used it for two years and stored it to keep for a next kid. We turned it on in April of 2021 and it still worked! We did have to buy a new battery but that was expected after 4 years. Charger still worked and system/camera. Bought a second camera and it started having errors and wasn’t working at all. Customer service helped to diagnose the problem and exchanged my broken camera with ease! Lifelong customer here if we ever need anything from infant optics, and I will always suggest them top of my list to anyone!

Don't plan on having sound when in the waterproof
Fantastic camera for the price. Shoots great video, nice clear image. When in the waterproof case, do not expect to get ANY sound. If you're editing your videos afterward, do a voice overlay instead.When shooting underwater, either start recording before placing the camera underwater or press the button manually, do not use the remote as it won't connect when the camera is underwater.Image stabilization is pretty good. I thought there may have been a setting I forgot to turn on after watching the videos, but there isn't. It would be great if there was a horizon lock of some sort.

What a deal!!!!
This camera is absolutely awesome.! I’m not going to lie, I was a little nervous to buy another brand other than GoPro, because of them being so mainstream. But this camera is out of this world. The picture quality is perfect and I went ahead and got the larger SD card so it can keep up with the 4K capability. I can’t wait to take this camera on all of my adventures with my family. Also, the shipping was way faster than anticipated even with all this craziness going on with the corona virus! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Good Product...
This product is actually quite good. Does exactly as stated . A great add on for the mini camera.Was very easy to connect my existing mini camera to the mount, Set up was quite easy as well.after using it for a few days, I think a "swipe left or right" or "swipe up or down" availability would have been more "user friendly" oppose to the directional arrows that is offered. But all in all I entirely recommend.I currently own 4 mini cameras, And bought only 1 camera mount, However now that I own one, I am sure I would buy more.

it works great.. unless it looses power:>
got the camera installed and it gives good pictures and sounds. its only 'bad' thing i can think of, is that if you jiggle the power cord.. or it looses power in any other matter.. it goes to a really 'stupid' default position for some reaons (mine points a the wall its mounted on for some reason) so when power comes back.. well, its not doing any good at all. also, for some reason galayou seems to have issues realizeing i ordered the outdoor camera not some indoor camera they want a review of. i didnt get that one, sooo cant give it a review

Great Product!
Literally took me two minutes to set up, you can rotate the camera in the app, set motion detection, do an audible alarm from the device that's pretty loud! And I love the fact that you can also shine a bright your light from the camera as well. I have 4 Dzees Cameras for my permitter but wanted one for inside that can rotate view my living room and front door area when I'm not home or traveling. Love how simple these are to set up and use! Highly recommend Dzees, this is my fav camera so far.

I'm very happy with this camera
I wanted a DSLR and bought this camera after not having used an SLR for many years (previously used a similar film Canon -- step down from the Rebel -- in photography class in 2003). Although I still need to refresh my knowledge and skills, so far, I'm very happy with this camera. It takes great pictures, and holds up to my slightly rough use (I'm pretty clumsy and bump it into things frequently when I carry it around my neck). I think the controls and menus could be more intuitive and easy to use, but maybe that will get better as I use the camera more.

Great customer support!
I'm only using the camera at a basic level so I can't comment on all the features and functionality but for my needs it works great. But I do want to say that their customer support is top notch! I had a camera lock up from an upgrade and before I could contact their support THEY REACHED OUT TO ME! Jasmine apologized for the issue and gave me detailed instructions on a possible fix, when that didn't work she immediately had a replacement camera sent, it arrived 2 days later. What a refreshing experience! I would definitely buy from them again.
