Definitely NOT weatherproof. You'll need to purchase the outdoor case (as we did) if you're installing these outdoors. Range of motion and picture quality is great! Night vision seems great so far. Highly recommend these cameras!

Best of its kind
I tried different cameras before and was always disappointed, but this one is the best. The autofocus works great, the quality of the image and sound is excellent and I love how it adapts to my laptop. I give it two thumbs way up!

Great for the most part
We have three cameras set up. For the most part, they are great. The battery life is supposed to be around 6 months on a full charge for these cameras. The ones we have indoors have been up for a few days and the charge is still great. The one we have outside however, is already almost dead after just a couple of days. We will recharge it and put it back up and see what happens. Really hoping the fault is on us and we didn’t get a messed up camera because although they work well for the most part, they are a little bit pricey.

Body detection and auto record are life savers.
The media could not be loaded.
I had to get cameras to record all the issues with my neighbors and their dog for court. When they realized I put one up (after they tested the areas not covered by it), I bought another one. They work great. The best feature for me is the auto record and the 30 second video clips that it sends to the app on your phone. The customer service is awesome too as I had one of my cameras start to shut itself off randomly and they sent me out another one as soon as I emailed Customer Support. Very happy with my purchases.

Worth the price if they fit your needs
Yes - there are cheaper mounts available but these just work in the way only an OEM really can. Slim form fitting, easy to install and don’t get in the way of any controls. Cameras seem to stay put too - so the adjustment is stiff enough to prevent movement but still relatively easy to reposition.The only negative is a limited range of adjustment - I wanted to mount some cameras facing more than 45 degrees from the wall and had to buy different style mounts but if you want your camera sticking straight out then these are the best mounts to go for.

I was having difficulties with getting my cameras connected so I called into Amcrest customer service and lucky me, I got a Tech Support on the other end who really knows stuff. He had me up and running in minutes,cheers for Frank Gray!!!!! Thank you for coming to the help. I hope I never need customer service again but if I do, I hope I get Frank.Gray. Oh, and by the way, Amcrest cameras are great. Crystal clear and give plenty of IFR lighting at night. Thanks again Frank.Gray!

Works great!
My husband has been using cameras for a bit now but I just started and so far everything we’ve gotten has been so easy to use! Can’t wait to take more pictures!!

4g only and will not work with 5g. Bummer
Very good cameras. They work great! Night vision is clear and motion detection is spot on. Love these. I bought another but then 5g Internet came to town and with only one internet provider in our area they have become useless.
