Great earbuds and customer service too!
Love these earbuds! I use them for running and teletherapy clients in addition to school. Sound is great. I lost my charging case and tozo is sending me a new one, so fabulous customer service too!!

This baby monitor has a couple of issues for us over the course of the last year that we’ve owned and used it, but on two separate occasions Eufy customer service exceeded my expectations and therefore I rate this product with 5 stars. They responded quickly and kindly, offering replacement parts when reboots and other fix attempts failed. I rarely find customer service so good these days. Overall, I would recommend this baby monitor because it’s a solid product with great CS to put your mind at ease in case you run into issues.

Customer Service!
Bought this mic over 2 and a half years ago and it finally broke.. I dont know what happened, I just started sounding like a robot through it.. Anyway I emailed customer service and told them the situation and that the warranty had expired. I got an email back saying to send it in for testing, which I promptly did. Today I received a brand new Mic in the mail!!! Thats awesome.. even after I told them that the warranty was expired!!!Yer my boy Blue!!

The picture quality and sound is great. I was really impressed with the night vision until it stopped working about 7-8ish months in. Unfortunately we were outside the 1 year warranty because it was given to us as a baby shower gift and purchased much earlier. I emailed customer support and received a very prompt response with the offer to replace my monitor even though I was outside the 1 year warranty. I received the new monitor within a day or two and customer service even followed up to make sure the new camera was working well. I was disappointed that the night vision didn’t last long but was extremely impressed with the company’s customer service.

We've had this product for a couple years and recently purchased a second camera for our second child's room. We like that this particular model has a scan mode and that it's not a wi-fi system. Shortly after purchasing our second camera to expand the system, we began to have issues with the plug and charging for the screen. We had one of the older units with the square plug. After a series of emails explaining the issue and verifying our purchase, Infant Optics replaced our screen with a new one, free of charge. Our unit was well out of warranty, but they stood behind their product (which we were very happy with). I can't speak to the other products on the market or how their manufacturers handle disputes, but I think the service response from Infant Optics well outside of warranty makes this a monitor you can be confident purchasing.

I purchased the DRX8 monitor when my daughter was born along with additional cameras when my son was born 15 months later. I recently had an issue with the parent monitor but was 7 months outside of the warranty window. Emma and her team at infant optics were extremely compassionate and helpful. She replaced my monitor and even upgraded my shipping for free. Excellent customer care & highly recommend!

Eufy has impeccable customer service! The volume buttons went out on my monitor and Alex sent me a replacement quick with no hoops to jump through. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to get us our replacement. We are so happy with our baby cam!
