Great price and customer service
I purchased these about a month ago and have been extremely pleased with them. Great battery life, sound, range from my phone, and comfort. However, I recently started hearing a noticable buzzing sound in the background. When I contacted Tozo customer support, they immediately replaced the product at no charge. I was very impressed with their customer service and will likely purchase more of their products in future based on this experience.

I needed a Bluetooth headset that had external mic button since I had to attend meetings working from home. With a toddler at home it is extremely helpful to be able to mute myself even when I'm not in front of the computer. This thing was a life saver.I tried several high end ANC headphones including top brand names from Sony/Bose etc. None of them offered the functionality I needed.Additionally, their customers service is a breeze. When the cushion near the head band got torn off after 8 months of use (I reached out to them after the 1 year warranty expired), they simply sent a new one, even though I forgot to register to get additional 1 years warranty when bought from Amazon.Would definitely recommend who needs to attend virtual meetings, listen to audio/music.I am willing to extend my wallet for another improved noise cancelling mic if they can develop one. Would allow working from noisy place such as airports, coffee shops

I recently purchased this home security system which was remarkably easy to install and set up. Great picture quality and I especially like the feature that allows me to talk to a person. I did have an issue with the motion detection and contacted Customer Service via email. They were quick to respond and solved my problem. I would definitely recommend this product!

I owned my speaker for a little over a year when the power button stopped working. I contacted Tribit about the issue. They responded immediately saying that a replacement was on its way to me. No hassles! Great customer service.

Great stand
Great stand with control. It warmed perfect for what I wanted. The customer service was also great to deal with. My stand originally came without the control and after reaching out to customer service, they mailed me the control in a timely manner.

I reveived great customer service from One Under Golf. I purchased a BR-630 Rangefinder that had a problem with it. I contacted the company by E-mail and I heard back from them that day. I had a replacement unit within a week along with a return shipping label. I'm very happy with the way I was treated by them.
