Great Customer Service
Had a great customer service experience with infant optics! Loved our system and had bought a second camera for our new arrival 2.5 years ago. The parent unit stopped working abruptly and I was 23 months out of the warranty period. Infant Optics customer service replaced the unit free of charge and got it turned around in about a week for me!! Can't say enough about the customer service!

Great customer service. First item was defective,
Product sucks. Broke within a week. Return in!Update: customer service reached out to me and send me a upgraded product right away. So far so good! I appreciate the good customer service! THANK YOU!

Great lamp!
I love this lamp! It’s really cool. When I got the lamp, Some part were defect. And I emailed customer service to replace the part. He sent it to me very quickly. The customer service was awesome, too!

Great monitor and even better customer service
Great monitor and amazing customer service.I love that you can move the monitor almost anywhere in the room. It has great night vision and audio.Their customer service is incredible as well. So responsive, helpful, and generous.Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with the speaker. It would not stay powered on. I contacted customer service and they sent me a label to return promptly and the replacement speaker so far is working great. I am very satisfied with the speaker and the customer service!

Big sound from a small device.
I love this Bugani speaker and use it every day for at least two hours. I did need some help from customer service and they fixed me right up. Great speaker and exceptional customer service. Five stars.

Great customer service @ Infant Optics
Love this product, but most importantly, the customer service! I had an issue with my monitor and the customer service rep that helped me was great! It was such a smooth process to fix the issue & I couldn’t have asked for a better person to speak with.
