Service was prompt and helpful, however, after a brief trouble shooting Session, they are sending out a whole new unit at no cost to me. That is truly Hassle Free service they work well and sound great, deep bass.

Works great, daughter loves it
Got this for my teenage daughter because she likes to listen to music on her headphones as she falls asleep, but the headphones are uncomfortable and she's not a fan of ear buds. She loves it and uses it all the time - literally. Every night and during the day when she's just hanging out. They must cancel the noise out pretty well because she can't hear me when I call her and has to move it away from her ears to hear me when I come in her room.

Work well for the price.
Work well for my purposes. After experimenting with the various ear pieces, I found some that stay in pretty well. I imagine if I was jumping around they wouldn't stay in too well, but I use them at my desk for calls! I take it out from time to time as it does bug me after a little bit, but that may be a personal thing. Call quality seems fine, people can hear me talking. I was able to answer calls a ways from my desk which was also nice!

Bluetooth calling works well
I selected this watch primarily for the Bluetooth calling which I have found works well. The sound quality is good, I haven't has any problems with the watch dropping the connection to my phone, and it doesn't drain the battery. You can only call saved numbers (unlike my previous phone which let me entera numbers) but that's not a problem for me.A tip: Download the Huawei Health app from the Huawei store instead of Google if you want additional watch face designs.

Easy connection to 2 devices, surprisingly good ba
I WFH full time and spend 2-5 hours per day on the phone or on video conference. I needed something that would connect to my phone and computer without having to toggle between. It works. The sound is really good compared to most mic'd headsets I've tried at this price point. I was listening to music while waiting for a call and the bass surprised me and made me smile. I like the mute feature on the boom mic and that other meeting participants don't know I'm muted.

Great product, great support!
I have (2) HD Pro cameras and I have been very pleased. I had to call customer support today and "Caleb" did a great job and got everything set up for me. Over the years I have bought (4) different camera brands trying to find the easiest to set up and maintain. These are super easy to setup on android and OIS. I had a brain cramp on the pc setup and they (Caleb) did a great job getting me taken care of.I would highly recommend this product along with their support.

Convenient and Does the Job
Easy connectivity to iPhone and I am generally happy with the call quality. I conducted two interviews using this headphone in the past couple of days.

Just what they advertised
I've only had this for 1 day now. I called everyone who has had problems hearing me with my 5 year old bluetooth. And they can hear me. I walked all over the house with it upstairs. It didn't disconnect until I was down stairs at the opposite side of the house. So far I'm very happy with it. Quickly charged up and connected very simply. Ive had it for almost 2 weeks now. It is very comfortable on my ear, had to change earpieces for the best fit, but that's expected. Clear sound when on a phone call and when the phone is giving me driving instructions.
