Mics stopped working
I LOVED these buds, I bought them last year in December. They are water proof no doubt. I've dropped them in the tub, worn them swimming, even accidentally washed them in my pocket! However around the 6 month mark my left buds mic stopped working.. I couldn't make calls with both in anymore, now my right buds mic is dead and it's 11 months.. for the price you get a ton of wear and they take a beating! The sound is just as good as when I got them, Just not sure why the microphones stopped working! T_T and not to mention I'm a month away from my warranty ending and no one from the company is reachable to start a claim. That's why I knocked off one star.. But I did love them so much I might just buy another pair. Definitely worth every penny!!

Remote stopped working
I’ve only had for about 2 weeks and the remote stopped working. I wouldn’t recommend.

Stopped working in 6 months
Edited to add that product has a warranty and they are shipping me a new unit. The process was very friendly and hassle free. I am hopeful that I just got a lemon and that this unit will work well!Stopped working completely within 6 months and was hit or miss for a few months leading up to that. When it did work, I had no complaints but very disappointed overall and not impressed to have contributed to the landfill.

Stopped working in a week
Had to return it stopped working the first week I put it in.Update: I was given a new unit after the review. I haven’t had a chance to use it but hopefully it will be ok. If not I’ll let you know

The remote stopped working.
The sound quality for the price is good, although the bottom end is thin. Also, the remote lasted a few days. I changed the battery with the same result.

mic stopped working
i bought this headset and it was amazing for a few months, but then the mic out of no where stopped working. and unfortunately if u speak into the headset too loud the mic just completely stops working and you’ll have to reconnect which is very troublesome

I received the two pack and one of them in three weeks already stopped working

Buttons stopped working
Great sound and sleep quality. Perfect for traveling but the buttons stopped working
