I scoured reviews of so many monitors and I was immediately turned off by bad reviews. This is the one I finally settled on and I am so glad!Pros:- The cameras have on/off switches- Screen on parent unit is pretty big, see photo- Signal has NEVER dropped, even from the basement. There is an antenna on the back as well but I’ve never needed it.- 2 cameras allow for different perspectives of crib (I have only one child but they could be used in separate rooms for multiple children, it allows up to 4 cameras)- Has white noise and lullaby features with a timer- Can be wall mounted- Parent unit is easy to use and navigate- The picture is clear and detailed- It displays the temperature of the room- The cord for the cameras are pretty long- You can adjust the VOX sensitivity- Reliably does it’s function without error EVERY time I use it and grants me peace of mindCons:- The light on the camera blinks when it is on but not being looked at and they’re noticeably bright in a dark room. Luckily my baby is more entertained by this than bothered.- The cameras do not rotate on their own so you need to look at the monitor to accurately position them. Only needs to be done one time though if they are staying in one place.- The battery doesn’t last very long. When I’m not using it I keep it on its charger.All in all, the good far outweigh the the bad for us. I had a hellobaby monitor, the rotation feature on the camera broke and the signal dropped everywhere in the house. The screen was tiny and the VOX was so sensitive, it alerted me when the white noise was playing. I returned it and bought this monitor instead. The best decision I could’ve made as far as monitors go, I love it.

The set up on this is so easy. You can even watch with the lights off with the night vision, this is brilliant for those that want to see in the dark also. Reasonably priced for the player and two camera set up. This has a private connection that is secure to your unit. Multiple setting choices. This would be a great gift for a new mom.

The small rig holds my cell phone holder securely on the edge of a table so I can shoot a video of myself playing my guitar and singing. It was not strong enough to hold my camcorder. It is versatile enough to attach to a lot of other furniture and the handlebars of my bike.

Since it's winter I haven't have a chance to fully employ the camera outside in the trees. However all of my testing tells me that it far exceeds the two cameras I have and I'm anxious to see results this spring.

in this current health climate, the importance of working reliably at home has been heightened and, in the company i work for anyway, meetings via. online video conferencing are crucial to keep communication/work flowing despite there not being an office to commute to each day!i've installed and setup this camera on both my windows toshiba laptop (running windows 8.1) and my work's macbook pro - as you can see by the sample screenshots taken from each device, the wansview camera is clearly a step up!!easy setup (literally plug and play without any necessity to download drivers online etc) and for both operating systems, a painless installthe quality is definitely there, too - rendering wider, sharper images that make the laptops' default cameras pale in comparisonso far this is exactly what i need - a solid gamechanger and packs a punch for its size!
