Convenient but afraid they will break because they fall out
Occasionally they fall out. Disappointed and surprised about that. Afraid they will break! I do like the convenience of no wires!

I rarely have a call without it! Love the lighting range. Had glitch with initial order but company was so incredibly helpful - they made it easy and replaced.

switching from music to a call the volume drops
It took me a minute to get used to the music coming from close to my ears rather than from earbuds. It has the quality of surround sound versus stereo sound (if that makes sense.) A big plus is that I feel comfortable using it in a work environment without feeling like I'm putting myself or others at risk. I can hear everything and the music at the same time. I keep it at a modest volume so I can hear it and not bother anyone else while hearing what is happening in my surroundings. The only problem I have had is switching from music to phone calls (it may be a user error). When I change to answering a call, the volume isn't the same.

Works great on the bike. Didn't miss a Facetime call from nephew on deployment in Okinawa. Holds phone very securely even on rough terrain.

Call quality is decent in a noisy environment, could be better. Will revisit and update this review in a few months. Hopefully nothing changes as far as form and function on these buds.
