Solid tripod. Leg angle locks are my only gripe.
This is a solid tripod. Quick easy adjustments. I was used to the clamp style tripods but these adjustment knobs are just as quick. The monopod is a good addition, I love the ballhead and the neck versatility. The only thing I don't like is that if you pick up the tripod the legs will not be locked and end up folding down.

Nice and strong tripod for my S8+
I bought this version to replace my 325 gram Joby. This is strong and sturdy. It's a little big for my smartphone but I would recommend it.

this is a very nice tripod ! does not come with an adjustable camera mount. you have to buy that seperate , and there are many to choose from . i recomend you stick with manfrotto (498 RC2 is a good one ) this stand is massive & nice but not too heavey. the 3 legs adjust any way you can think of ! you can be on a boulder and adjust one or two legs to rest on a tree ! best ive ever owned

Remote needs a way to be stored on tripod.
Works well so far. May have issues finding remote when you put it down.

Better than the original GoPro tripod
This is great! With the ability to change the footing from a wider to thinner legs it give it great stability. I threw my GoPro 9 onto it and extended it to the fullest and started to swing it around. The joints were able to be tightened down so nicely that I was near swinging it like I was going to hit a home run in Baseball and it my camera was not budging!I'm not one for using my cellphone on these but it does come with a spring mount for your camera and it holds my iPhone 14 pro in there nicely. But, I am paranoid that it could still fall out of I tried to swing it around like a baseball bat. For most operation I feel it would be fine holding a phone so long as you don't move it really really violently.

The tripod is very multi-functional and lightweigh
What I like about the tripod is that it has various usages to it. One, you can set it at different height variations for optimal face recognition. It also has a base locking knob, which helps you to control tripod stand, so you can lock and maintain its stability. It has six separate height adjustments. You can leave it standing on the floor or ground, or you can hold it in your hand as a selfie mode tripod. You can adjust its view, making it closer up or further away for a broader scope. It has a Bluetooth remote for your Android or ios. It has flip locks to control the height you desire. It has a phone holder, that allows you to keep the phone in standard upright form or extended sideway form. It has GoPro Camera Adapter for multi-faceted purposes. There's more, but I don't want to bore you from being long-winded.
