Effective but too bright in a dark room
Actually too bright on all settings so much so that it wakes up my husband. So I have to angle it awkwardly to avoid shining the light on him.

Room must be dark
Disappointed at first not realizing it had to be dark in room for it to work. Works great on a dark staircase. Very happy with it

Like fireflies in a dark room ...
Emits a cold white light when compared to a real candle (see photo - tealight in foreground). Timer works well - very practical at this time of the year. Purchase much too recent to comment on battery life & longevity.

Good looking and excellent lamp.
This lamp is very useful in dark corners of a room. It is sturdier than I thought it would be and is a nice looking lamp. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a lamp/light for a dark corner of any room.
