These hold up for the long term
Not sure about "sheerness" and "thickness" since they are 3.5" drives and always fit in the drive bay or caddy for those units, so that is why it got a 5 in those two odd points of rating.The more important function of these drives is size/reliability/price and it about perfect. I will only use WD SATA or Seagate SATA drives and I have had good luck with these in particular.

Für NAS ja für alles andere sucht euch ein billige
Wird im Betrieb in der WD Cloud erstaunlich warm - bis hin zur Abschaltung wegen Überhitzung.Erzielte Datenübertragungsrate ziemlich hoch, angesichts der Auslegung der HDD.

Dependable, reliable, long lasting
This is my first time to replace my WD Red drive in my NAS and all I can say is that these drives are dependable, reliable, and long lasting. I had no idea how long it had been since I purchased my NAS (with 2 WD Red drives inside) but turns out it was 3 years... I was floored that the drive that failed had been in it three years!!! That's INCREDIBLE when it comes to a drive that is being spun daily, all day long, for 1,095 days. I will definitely never choose another brand when it comes to my NAS storage. WD all the way!!
