I got a camera and hooked up front and backyard with no time. Straight forward instructions and easy set up the camera.When I was connecting my base with router and setting up app, my phone was not in sinc with base. It took time.The base was connected and disconnected couple of time in 2 to 3 days and then it was solid blue light after that.Their representative was very helpful and resolved some issues in a matter. Kudos to AOUS team.Night vision is very clear and motion detection is capturing every movement so far.You can also setup camera if you want to avoid any roads or walkways.I liked it so far.

I got this indoor security camera to check in on my dogs when I’m away. Man, this camera is perfect for doing just that!!! And it’s at an AMAZING price! My son set it up and installed the WUUK app in a matter of minutes. It’s very easy to use. I simply go to my WUUK app and I can view to check in on my dogs in real time. I love that I can turn the camera around 360 to able me to see the entire room, as well as the tilting feature so I can see up or down. It also allows to to speak through the camera. The video is clear and great quality. There is a slight delay when speaking, but not bad at all. Also, when I’m rotating to view the room, there is a slight screeching noise/feedback. Again, not enough of a deal breaker for me to not like this camera. To be fair, I haven’t used the night vision feature yet as I usually leave a light on in the room. I have no doubt it would work fine if I choose to use that feature. I am absolutely happy with this purchase and I HIGHLY recommend. I can’t stress enough that it’s such a great price for this little gem!

I bought the camera primarily to use underwater and (and above-water at places I have to swim to get to). The camera works great for that purpose. I was concerned that it would be difficult to operate in the waterproof case. The reality is that when it's in the waterproof case, it's fairly easy to take photos and videos, but I would not want to perform complex operations while it is in the case.I have two concerns:1. You can set the angle to be normal, wide, and extra wide. But even on the normal angle, it still appears to be slightly fish-eyed.2. When I take still photos with my other camera, the photo stays on my screen for a few seconds. This allows me to quickly check the photo and also verify that the photo was taken. With this camera, though, the photo does not stay on the screen very long at all. In fact, I was concerned that it wasn't even taking the photo at all. I was relieved when I later checked my camera and, indeed, each time I hit the shutter button, it took the picture. But it would be more reassuring if, each time I took a still photo, it would show the photo briefly on the screen.Overall, I have been quite satisfied with this product.

Working with Amcrest senior tech Gary Hyler, was an incredible experience for me, as i`m NOT tech savvy!!! I spent about an hour with Gary,and he had the patience of a saint...I was trying to hook up my camera for the first time, and i had NO CLUE as to what to do...So i called tech support and i was fortunate enough to be hooked up with Gary...He walked me through the process a "few" times and we finally got to the end !!! We needed to download a few things to my computer, and wa-laa, we were up and running !!! The camera i have, model # ip 3M-941B pan/tilt wireless ip camera is also HD and you can also "hard wire" it with an ether net cable, as we did...The quality of this camera is OUTSTANDING, and i bought it because a friend of mine has the same camera and i liked what i saw...One of the best things that i like about it so far is, you can remotely access it through your cell phone or laptop etc...All in all, my experience with Amcrest and Gary Hyler, was AWESOME !!! No other way to put,enough said...

Being used to older cameras with lesser resolution and lower power, the JideTech picture is a startling improvement. The resolution is sharp and the zoom magnification is extremely powerful, as is the night vision. I could clearly recognize small objects at night (limited ambient light) at 150 feet distance. Colors are bright and clear in daylight.The downside is that camera features are severely limited in practice, and the camera response is inconsistent. Here are the specific problems I encountered:1) Camera periodically fails to respond to web interface motor controls during a session. Must restart/reload browser session to resume operation.2) Camera relies on ActiveX controls in web access to manually record images and video, access files on the memory card, or view multiple cameras. (ActiveX appears to be proprietary and deprecated, so these features will have a limited life.)3) Camera appears to not recognize native ActiveX in latest version of Internet Explorer. Requires download from 3rd party. Security risk??4) ONVIF camera setup using Onvifer Android app failed (Video Stream). However, ONVIF setup succeeded (magnificently!) with IP Cam Viewer Lite (Robert Chou).5) While Auto-Snap feature will successfully write to FTP server, it appears that Timer Record will not.6) Cannot set Alarm to "Save Video on the FTP Server" without also setting "Save Video on the SD card" option.7) When setting camera to save both still images and motion video to FTP server on Alarm, the still image correctly saves during motion detection, but the motion video does not. Therefore, I could find no way to record motion video using the native features of this camera.8) Web motor controls do not respond at all in any Android web browsers.9) Auto-focus can (occasionally) constantly blur image until it settles down. Mostly a minor issue, but can occasionally take a while to settle or require manual re-focusing.In summation, the camera is capable of capturing a nice image, but the I could not get much of the promised functionality to work. This might limit its utility for some purposes.***Update***A JideTech representative contacted me after seeing my concerns in this review (originally rate "2 stars"). After some email exchanges, the company sent me a replacement camera with no obligation, but requesting that I reconsider my review. I am increasing my rating based on that response because I consider any company that earnestly tries to rectify a negative customer experience worthy of at least "3 stars". I add a fourth star because the picture quality is still excellent, and the manual focus is accurate and extremely useful. I will test the camera in the outdoors environment for a couple of months and update this review with any differences that I see from my prior assessment.

This is a super practical monitor holder that helps avoid the need to drill anything into your walls. The flexible arm is a little stiff so it’s a little tough to move around into the exact position you need, but it makes sense given the need to support the weight of the monitor. Easy to install and really helped us set up our monitor away from the crib while keeping a decent elevated view. Only issue we have is due to the type of monitor. If you have the DXR8 model infant optics camera, the grip of the holder makes it difficult for the camera to rotate as it grips the camera by the sides. Other than that, it’s a great product worth the investment.

UPDATE: As mentioned in my original review I ultimately returned this and got a brand name camera. However, after using the brand name camera in a similar underwater condition as this one, I am bumping this back up to four stars. To be clear, this camera is absolutely no comparison to the brand name, but it is 6-7 times less expensive. If you have the time it is probably worth a try to order and then return if it doesn't meet your needs.The customer services folks for this one were also very attentive.ORIGINAL: For the price it did okay especially if you intend to give to a child. The image stabilization had no effect that I could tell. The dynamic range (dark areas in bright situations) was pretty poor. I had intended to keep it until I tried it underwater. It was a bright day (could not see LCD) and the video/images were a bit dark in a pool. I probably could have adjusted the exposure, but there was no way to really tell since it was too bright to see the display.The connection to the Android app worked fine. The camera was simple to use. It would float in the protective housing with no additional flotation (fresh water).I ultimately returned and decide to get a brand name camera.

Love it...arrived fast!! The unit packaging was terrific. The camera/door lock worked great, I have tried others and they did not work as described . The unit was easy to install. Unlocking door feature and remote access worked as promised. You can even configure it to e-mail you a picture when someone comes to the door, and enables you to answer and unlock even when you are not home. The camera pictures are very clear. You can also log into the camera via you PC and view and configure the unit...A big plus was their great customer service that answers any questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended this product and very happy with purchase!
