I did a lot of research as I have had failed ones in the past. So Merry Christmas to me. And it was perfect. Bought one for my husband as well and he loves it. We both have it set up with the vent attachment. It works great, exactly as intended. But can't speak to the suction cup as neither one of us have used it. We would totally recommend this product to our friends.

Great image. Easy to use. My experience with logitech products has been great and this one did not disappoint. I connected it to my desktop computer.

I am not a telescope expect what so ever but this is a neat little telescope. It is easy to use after reading the set up directions and kid friendly. My 5 year old son loves looking at the moon. The carrying case is also very nice and padded for protection.

I love it. It was completely idiot-proof to open and set up, my computer found it immediately, and I was able to tell my various video-conferencing platforms to use it, along with my separate mic and headphones.I'd recommend going on the Logitech site to download the Logi Tune app so you can get access to some finer configuration settings (better zoom control, for instance).All in all, a great little device for those of us who decided to stay in a work from home situation.I should also say that if you're thinking of getting in to streaming, this would work, but you should probably pick up a tripod and ring light to go along with it.

 I have tried at least three or four other similar products to this one, and hands down this one is the best. I have enjoyed the telescoping features, as well as never having to attach this to a vent (and thus blocking hot or cold circulating air air which is needed). It always keeps the phone exactly where I want it, at exactly the angle that I want it. It has a place for your charging cord, too.Occasionally I feel like the suction loses its grip, maybe three times in the course of a year, and it is almost always when it is super hot or super cold outside. With a little bit of extra pressure, I can usually get it to stick again no problem. I know some of their newer versions of this model have improved suction. If you have a vinyl like surface to attach to, you probably do not need the extra suction, but if instead you have something closer to plastic, I definitely recommend finding the maximum suction product that you can.In addition, I had the tightening nut of the front face break about 14 months after my purchase. If it isn't obvious, VanMass provides a 36-month warranty, And although I only asked for the nut to be replaced, they sent me an entire new unit. They definitely stand behind their product, and it is quite impressive in a sea of sellers who would probably just ignore your email.A++. Love it.
