I've been using this earpiece almost daily for roughly a year. My job relies heavily on phone and internet meetings (webex, teams, zoom). I have this headset connected to my Windows 10 laptop.Sound quality = great, no complaints regarding how I hear others. comparable to my desk IP phone at work.Noise cancelling/mic quality = I quite often get feedback from others on my calls that I sound like I am in a tunnel. Not sure if this is related to range or line of sight to my laptop.Range = I quite often move around my home office during calls. I can be 30ish feet away from my laptop or around corners before sound quality (me hearing the call) degrades. My transmission quality (me talking) starts to degrade at about 10 feet away before others on the call complain about how I sound.Battery = A year ago I feel like I was able to get 5-6 continuous hours of use. Now, I think 4 hours continuous is as long as it gets.General feedback -No indication of remaining charge: there is no way to know how much battery you have until it is low and the headset starts to tell you, and then at that point you have anywhere from 1-3 minutes before it just powers off. In the middle of a call, this is annoying at the very least.Preset volume on connection: Every time I power it on and it connects to my laptop, the volume always resets to 86%. If I change it in windows, it doesn't carry over after power cycle. This is pretty loud, so I have to power it up, wait for it to connect, and then change the volume to something like 30%.

Great product for the price. Even used it in our aquarium with aquatic plants. Easy to clamp anywhere.

this is a good product ,good volume ,has voice change, lights ,we had lots of fun, came in a nice box. I'm a happy customer .

Researched before buying. A lot of online instructions about compatibility with different operating systems. Came with no detailed instructions. I started with those I found online but options specified did not appear when item was installed. I assume it completed itself automatically- seems to be working fine.

I don't know what others are talking about there not being a timer. Timer function wasn't hugely important to me anyway. But, I turned it on yesterday morning set for 12 hours, turned off in the evening, and this morning it was on when I got up. I much prefer the natural white-ish light to the ones that are purple. I can actually see my plants.

Sound quality on this headset is awesome. I haven't had any complaints about my audio being dropped either. It's also pretty comfortable around my ear, the only downside is the small rubber insert is still slightly too big to fit into my ear, so I don't get the noise cancellation aspect. I don't need to it cancel out extra noise so to me it's still a great product!

This Bluetooth is really good. It has been reviewd by many youtubers. For the price, it's good. Connects automatically once turned on, I have asked the other party to know if they hear me clearly. It's clear sound. So would recommend it.
