This lock has revolutionized my family's way to secure our home.Everyone in my house has been set up with the August app and can remotely open or lock our front door with the connect bridge. We've setup auto-unlock as we arrive in our neighborhood and it's drastically changed how we go in and out of our house. Being able to leave house keys behind is a simple yet huge blessing when you just need to step out real quick to grab something from the store or run a quick errand. On top of that, iPhone users can use Siri to control the lock status when Android users can check the door status or remotely lock it. We've also set up the auto-lock function with a 3-minute timer. If anyone opens and closes the door, it'll lock automatically in 3 minutes.Without the connect bridge, you're limited to Bluetooth range to lock or unlock the deadbolt so I highly recommend the bridge if you don't think you'll need one. Having good wifi helps; we recently upgraded from a service-provided router to Google Wifi and that alone has changed our entire usage of wif-enabled devices.We've only had this for a few weeks now so we can't really say much about battery life. I hope it lasts at least half a year to a year before needing to be replaced. The fact that you can still manually open the deadbolt with the dial itself is a nice added plus and insurance should the battery suddenly die without having an on-hand replacement.Either way, it's a great little investment for the smart home of tomorrow whether you have a bunch of devices set up or this is your starting point.

There's nothing like being able to name your bedroom "The Love Palace" and say "Alexa, turn on THE LOVE PALACE!" and the lights get dim. It's worth the money and set up time. You know you want to.

I started a youtube channel a little while ago.The quality of the built-in mic on my computer wasn't very good, so I decided to get an upgrade.For $100, you can't get much better quality than this.Even compared to a $300 mic, it'd still sound about the same.So, until you start making millions off of music, youtube, or whatever else you do...This mic will serve you well.

I dont normally write reviews but wow these lights are bright!! I just unpacked them and put the on the mirror and I'm already in love. I wear makeup everyday but the lighting in my room is terrible so sometimes I've left the house with a bit too much blush on. The adhesive was a bit tough to separate but I managed. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy again!

As an ex-IT person who is now working on developing for the quest platform, any device that isn't factory reset when sold poses a possible security risk to the receiver and buyer. Otherwise, some aspects of the headset needed fiddling as well, but it overall was in good condition and was packaged well. I hope this appears as constructive feedback!
