Great Customer Service
Love this monitor overall. This company has amazing customer service.Pros: The way the camera moves in every direction.Cons: Had some issues with the battery of the monitor but customer service replaced my unit with great communication.Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Works pretty good
The price is great for a cellular camera. I have several of these and only one has quit working after 2 years. Pictures are ok not great. They make monitoring my property much easier and fun. I would give 5 stars but the customer service is awful if you need them. 1 star for customer service 5 for the camera. Detection range much farther than advertised. I recommend with the knowledge that if you need customer service you probably won't get it, but who knows.

Great product and company
The camera is outstanding and the customer service is impeccable! We had a issue with our monitor after the 1 year warranty expired and they were still able to send me a brand new monitor and battery. Their customer service team was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I loooove this camera monitor! The night vision is a good quality and I contacted the costumer service for something and they where really great! Would recommend!!

Great customer service
I have had this camera for over a month mounted with the sticky tape on a window by my front door. Great quality picture, battery life, motion detect, and sound capture. For the money is spot on.This review is for outstanding customer service. The tape failed after a month and the camera fell and broke the lense. Yuki with great customer service sent me a new unit. Thank you so much!

Great Value and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYO
I bought this for my 10 year old as a cheaper GoPro alternative. I was very pleasantly surprised by the the value for the dollar with this package. The camera works great, simple to use, very good video and picture quality and with accessories.Equally impressive is the CUSTOMER SERVICE department. The are super-responsive. The gift was for a 10 year old, and the camera came between him and his 6 year old sister...so customer service came into play. All I can say is that they went above and beyond to help me. I have has no other customer service experience that comes even close.So you get a great camera for the money, and if you need it, great customer service. Win/win.
