What I don't like:1. The charger cord is to short.2. The charger light is way to small.3. I charged the case over night & the light never turned orange while on the charger(I had to unplug them to see they were charged)4. They're hard to get out of the case.5. THEY DO NOT STAY IN THE EAR!(this is the sole reason I bought them cause all the reviews said they stayed in place). The left one falls the most. The right one stays in place more & will slip but not fall before I can push it back in.What was fine:They showed & paired with no problem.Sound quality was good. I listened to music on my phone & computer. My daughter used them to listen to music on her phone. (Using both earbuds & using a single earned) I walked to the store which is about a 5min walk from my house while listening to music...used only one earbud(the right one).I used them to watch Netflix on my phone & computer.I used them with zoom while my son was in school (only to listen we did not talk through them)Phone call: in my home with my Wi-Fi connected to my phone they were ok. I could here fine & I was heard ok.On my phone data with one earbud(the right one...my mask helps keep it in place) because I didnt want to lose it while I was out. The sound was extremely low & trying to turn it up didn't help...i just disconnected them.Conclusion: they need ear hooks! I think that would solve the low sound issue because I'd have used both of them at the same time...i tend to only use both when I'm in my home & stationery. Hopefully that would help with them falling out as well. But I don't know which ones would be good for these...yet.
