Bought this to replace a competitors lock that had quality issues, first one had to be returned due to a keypad failure and the replacement worked for awhile but then had issues with the battery compartment. Would lose power due to the middle of three batteries losing contact. Thankfully had a wireless garage door opener and could get into the garage to adjust the battery. Closing the door to hard or even gusts of wind would dislodge this battery enough for the lock to lose power. So far, the Sifely lock has strong battery springs and works great. Time will tell on the longevity and weather resistance of this lock. Will update this review if things change but as of now this lock is leaps and bounds better than the competitor lock it replaced.

Love this lock
I absolutely love how well the fingerprint function works. This is my second for lock and bought 2 deadbolts as well.

Make sure you buy the gateway with this lock in or
This was very easy to install, looks great and works great. I have been using it for an Air bnb and can change door codes from anywhere in minutes. The app is simple to use. I can check when people check in using the report feature on the app. Customer service was great getting back to me within 12 hours!!!MAKE SURE TO BUY THE GATEWAY IF PLANNING TO USE IT REMOTELY

Great lock with useful features
Very easy installation (less than 20 mins). The fingerprint scanner works beautifully. The app is easy to use and makes adding/editing/removing users a snap. If you add the gateway, you can access the lock anywhere. Highly recommend.
