Update - Customer support reached out after my initial post. They immediately, no-hassle, shipped a replacement camera. After swapping out the defective camera with the replacement, all issues were resolved. To my belief, the issues with the old camera were just isolated to that one unit.This camera has decent build quality for the price. The solar panel keeps the unit charged well (I did purchase additional batteries to max out power capabilities). Night vision is good in total darkness, however, great when lighting is available. Color night vision is awesome with the onboard lights. Extremely easy to setup via QR code scan or audio prompt recognition.I've received several compliments from neighbors and even law enforcement about the "high-tech" look. The cameras mirror those installed on commercial buildings and city streets. These cameras could potential ward off criminals just on appearance alone, not to mention the motion alert high pitched siren (when activated in the app).I would highly recommend these cameras, not only for the functionality but also the appearance.

Best night vision I have found with the several camera systems in have used this far. Initially purchased the 4 system with hard drive and installation was easy and fast for anyone with a minimum tech ability. I followed it up by getting three separate cameras to hookup and again works with ease. I have been in California on and off for months and easily use the app to look in on everything and receive notifications of any known movement. Works beautiful and pictures are great no matter where you are. Cameras cover 3k sq ft area with no problems or interference.This is the system to purchase if your in the market and the customer support from makers is faster than any company I have worked with.

Appears to have quality picture. No clear explanation on function of usage. Can you isolate one camera and not the others? Use one or all cameras at the same time? Plus many other question which are not addressed with instructions. The days of user manuals are over. Must source info on the internet.

I had to replace my swann system account after 8 years it died. Ordered the Tiger system and the first thing I noticed was the size difference. Tiger hard drive box was two thirds smaller. Cameras was half the size. I already had my cable ran from the last system so only had to take down old cameras and plug and play hard drive. after I set up the camera's which where very easy I got every thing connected to the hard drive and all I can say is"OMG" what a GREAT pictures on all four cameras. So I played around with the functions and waited till dark to see the night vision. Let me tell you that This system is superior to what I had in the day and the Tiger was half the price. So, smaller IS better and would of and should of had one of these a long time ago. and no little fan either. no noise. the functions are way easier to use. I have not as yet hooked it up to my Wi-Fi so cant wait for that. Great system and no regret's.

We bought these for my Dad and his wife to take to their cabin and when we set them up I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to setup and that they took really good quality pictures. I would definitely buy these cameras again, real good bang for the buck!!!

Wanted to get a camera for my motorcycle and didn't want to spend $300 plus on an expensive one. I saw there were very many different AKASO brand cameras. Decided to get this one and so far so good. Will update in the future when I use it more often.

Update since we purchased our cameras and monitor well over two years ago. Our monitor recently stopped working. I reached out to infant optics knowing we were outside of the warranty period, just curious if they would be willing to do anything still. After going through some trouble shooting, Jenny at infant optics decided that it had somehow gone bad and decided to replace it still outside of warranty. I think this speaks volumes to how they stand behind their product. Would highly recommend this system and their customer service if you questions or problems with yours.We have two cameras and a one monitor setup. Have loved this system since it doesn’t use wifi and doesn’t drop out like wifi models do when your service goes in and out. This gives me huge comfort when we’re upstairs where it is very hard to hear our kids room down on the main floor when we’re watching a show. Love that we can scan between cameras to keep an eye on our kids.

 I been using blink for awhile now and this is my third time ordering a set. My first 2 orders were great but this third one is not so great anymore. The night vision is very poor that you can’t really anything at night. The day vision is great. Don’t forget the higher you put it the blurry it gets, and the lower you put it, its better vision and easy for thieves to take. I love Amazon products that I have almost all their echo devices, tablet and cameras. But amazon needs to better their product as technology is moving forward fast.Update: Amazon customer service is awesome. Blink reached out right away after I was having issues with my cameras. I always purchase different brand cameras and blink by far have the out standing customer service I ever dealt with. They are patient but also really work hard to make sure the customer is happy. After this experience with blink customer service and Amazon. I will be forever a loyal customer to ya’ll. Thank you very much for your support.
