I love this lock. I feel even more safe in my home, especially after having a newborn. We installed it in less than an hour. I love the fingerprint capability and the fact that we can control it through the app on our phones. I highly recommend this lock.

Multiple methods to lock and unlock. Easy to install and looks elegant.Sifely customer service is the best. Very responsive and resolved the issue I had with physical keys very quickly.

The Sifely type S lock is a very good product, and the app is easy to use and has some excellent features. We have purchased a total of 19 of these locks to install on interior and exterior doors of our church buildings. In the first few months there have been few problems. One lock did have a problem in that is did not re-lock reliably. When I inquired, customer service was very responsive, answering my questions in a matter of hours or less. Ultimately, they replaced the malfunctioning lock.The app works very well, and allows me to manage all of the locks. One very helpful feature is that the app allows you to copy the setup of one lock to another.Is this the perfect lock? Not for every application, but it is the best I could find for our needs.Some things that could be improved:There is a connect device that allows you to remotely access a lock, but in my case, not all of the doors are in wi-fi range, so I decided to rely on the bluetooth connection with the app to manage the locks. It would be great if the locks themselvees could connect to wifi where it is available.You'll see "install ours on top." The lock is too tall to fit in the usual US pattern of a handle and deadbolt. That was a minor issue for us.There are many ways to access the lock: a key, codes, electronic cards or fobs, fingerprints, and the app. We are using just codes and cards/fobs at this point for users, and the app for management.. A minor quibble with the app: it is a little cumbersome to enter a code of your choice. First you generate a code, which is an 8 digit code, then you must open the lock with that code before you can edit the code to a value of your choice.I have experience with five other electronic locks, and have found the Sifely lock to be the best by far.

Straight forward installation. Installation screws can strip so be careful, but they are also standard threads for most USA door installations. Came with good instructions. Fingerprint reader and codes were easy to set up. Hub was easy to integrate. Fingerprint reader works great and is very responsive - much better than expected. Key fob works fine. Code works fine. You will probably use the fingerprint more than anything. All app/hub controls work flawlessly from my phone if I'm at home or work. Notifications were quick and accurate.I do wish there was a shortcut to set passage mode (disables auto lock) for 1-4 hours. It can only be on or off or have a schedule set. Alexa integration was easy and responsive - Alexa is annoying for unlocking doors because you have to add a passcode to Alexa for liability purposes in order for it to unlock by voice. Voice lock is great and works without the liability code. The Hub can lock all integrated locks at once and you can schedule this in a routine.

I have tried several others and this biometric door lock is by far the best. Fingerprint reader is quick and efficient, Lock is sturdy and made well. Digital display is bright, but not overwhelming. Plus u have plenty of options on how to open the door, just in case something should not work properly.The only issue I had was with their bridge. It connected once and then never again. I believe mine might be broken because I hear something rolling around on the inside. I should’ve returned it but totally forgot about it and now I don’t think I can. My bad!Great lock tho!
