A solid budget option if comfort isn't your top priority
DISCLAIMER: The seller provided me with a free unit in exchange for a review. No ongoing kickback or anything-just the buds in exchange for my thoughts. I didn't send them my review for preapproval and you are seeing this at the same time as the seller. They asked for honest feedback so here it is.TL;DR bullet pointsLikes:+ Physical button instead of touch controls+ Buds stay in ears during extreme motion trying to get them to fall out+ The connection stays solid over a reasonable distance+ No in-ear tips to worry about (personal preference I know)+ Case lid magnet feels super strong. Stays closed even when swinging it around or letting it roll around in a bag.+ With the exception of the lid (detailed more below), the case feels solid and decent in the hand and pockets.+ The case easily passes the "LTT pocket test" for any who are curious.+ The mics are surprisingly good. Phone calls and voice notes have been clear-no drops or studders during use.+ So far battery life seems to match what's advertised+ Buds seem to be water-resistant as advertizedDislikes:- Case hinge feels a little weak-it wouldn't be able to handle much abuse while open. The lid has a small amount of wiggle, at the hinge, even when closed.- The case is a bit of a fingerprint magnet.- The comfort fit in the ear doesn't feel the best (at least in mine).- The included USB-C cable is pretty short and feels cheap.- The USB-C port on the case isn't fitted properly so the connector will stick out a bit even when fully inserted.Notes:* The right earbud didn't go into standby mode when it was in the case with the lid shut right out of the box. It had to be turned on and off manually. I ended up resolving this by cleaning the contact pads with some rubbing alcohol.* Don't expect any sound isolation from these. If you are going outside plan on turning these all the way up* A little steep at the current full price of $30 but might be worth it if you can snag them with a sale or coupon $20 or less will probably be your best sweet spot with this product---------------------A little more detail:Overall, this isn't a bad set of buds for the price point (On sale for $20 at the time of writing). I would say my experience with them has been mostly positive. If your goal is to listen to music or watch a couple of videos, they will certainly get the job done.To elaborate on some of my points from above, there are a few aspects of these buds that impressed me. The sound profile was better than I was expecting. The mids are strong and clear. As for lows don't expect to be blown away or shook-you won't find that here. To be fair you usually won't find that kind of experience with buds in general. It's there but you will need to crank the volume a bit to get those lows to come through. The highs came through a little tinny. The mic was awesome in all my testing with it. Voice notes, Google Assistant, Phone calls. All perfect. Hands down better than most laptop and webcam mics I have used in the past. The comfort of these buds was one of its biggest weaknesses in my time with them. I have smaller ears than these buds were designed for. After only a couple of minutes, I start feeling uncomfortable pressure on my ears. Mainly focused around two areas: 1) where the steam touches my ear, 2) where the main "bud" slopes in toward my ear canal. Both were true for both of my ears even when worn in a "relaxed" fit (ie enough to stay in but not trying to use them as in-ear plug buds). After about 15 minutes of continued use, I couldn't keep them in. Others with larger ears, or at perhaps some slightly deeper, might have better mileage. As with most in-ear equipment, results will vary. In my opinion, smaller ears will probably be happier looking elsewhere for their wireless audio needs. On a more positive note, I couldn't get these buds to fall out. I tried everything! Headbanging. Running. Jumping. More super aggressive headbanging from multiple directions. Nothing was able to move these buds from my ears. Again results may vary but this was one test that legitimately surprised me.The case as mentioned above feels mostly solid. My only main concern is the hinge. From a purely physical standpoint, this is what I would expect to break first. For the price point, I don't think it's a deal-breaker but it is something I think is worth mentioning. When closed, it will stay closed. The lid magnet was solid. I didn't have any concerns tossing it into my pockets or bag. The case survived traveling along in the same pocket as my keys with no noticeable damage to the case. Unless you put it up against any sharp edges (a la JerrRigEverything) it should be able to survive most people's typical day-to-day wear and tear however you choose to carry your buds.I put my buds on the line and put them under running water in the sink for a few seconds. Both continued to work but needed a thorough round of drying before the sound came back to normal. I took my test one step further and dropped one into a glass of water. I kept one bud out to compare for any sound difference. I left one submerged for a couple of minutes before bringing it back out. As before the sound quality suffers until you dry it off. While wet the sound is soft, muffled, and crunchy. Just like the sink test, the sound profile returned to normal as the bud dried off. I wouldn't take these swimming (I doubt they would stay in any way) but it should give you some peace of mind in case they ever take an unexpected dunk into a sink, pool, bath, or you really want to wear them during your next water balloon fight. All in all, I would say these earbuds are a strong candidate as a backup or "burner" pair of headphones. Something that gets the job done in a pinch and you wouldn't blink twice if they were lost or damaged. At the full price of $30, I find it a little too close to some better options that are priced slightly higher. If you could snag these on a sale for around $20 or lower, I would say it's a solid deal and worth at least trying if you are in the market for a low-cost set of wireless earbuds.

Great Bass!
Arrived within 2 days on Standard Free Shipping! Great bass and low level sounds! Not very good for treble and high sounds. Needs equalizer software. Stays on all of the time, I am not used to having a separately turn on/off the speakers every time.

Great speakers. Didn't like it that much when I first hooked it up, but after a few days I stared liking it a lot. Not sure if it needed to be broken in or my input is better now. Definitely heavy on the bass, but I consider this a good thing.

Great sound for a $20 speaker
The bass is not amazing and the sound doesn't sound exactly right unless you're sitting at your computer desk, but otherwise these speakers have very good and clear sound for costing only $20. I would highly recommend them for any budget builds!

Happy with my purchase
Great value. Sound is clear. Bass is what you'd expect with no subwoofer, but for under 20 dollars I think the sound is better than expected. I honestly believe these are better sound than other speakers I've had in the same price range.

Love these speakers
I am now on my second set of these. They are long-lasting and have great bass. I didn't even need a second set I was just building a new computer and figured I would go ahead and get a new set of speakers.

How To Resolve Power Button Static Issue (Easy)
EDIT/NOTE: After about a year, these speakers developed a loud static/crackle noise when you'd touch the power button. Sounded like it was almost shorting out whenever I'd go to turn it on. (And bear in mind, that I dust frequently and keep a very clean house). Just wanted to let everyone know, if your speakers develop this problem, it can be rectified by simply taking an aerosol can of electric contact cleaner; use the little "straw" that comes with the cleaner; unplug your speakers from your outlet, and spray the contact cleaner all around the power button, directing it into the space between the power button and the case, all around the circumference of the button. Spray it good; give it a few minutes to dry, and plug your speakers back in. Voila! Good as new. These speakers produce the highest-quality bass that you will ever find anywhere even near this price point, hands down! Tight but full bass which will not disappoint. That being said, while the overall sound is definitely high-quality, it is not audiophile quality- but you were not eriously expecting that for this price, were you? Then again, these were obviously meant to be computer & A/V speakers (Although I use them for bedroom music speakers), so they were engineered to fill that niche, and they EXCEL at that purpose!I'm reviewing them more so from the perspective of music speakers- so plrease bear that in mind.My only real complaint, is that highs and certain mids can be rather recessed. That's it. If they had merely added a tweeter to each satellite, these speakers would be PERFECT. Even so, they still sound great- and the average user who listens to popular music probably wouldn't even notice. And that being said, they STILL sound better over-all than anything you can get anywhere near this price point which will retain powerful and quality bass.A few other niceties:The on/off button; Volume control; and bass level control are on one of the satellite speakers- so you can control everything conveniently and quickly, including the subwoofer. A headphone jack, and a 3.5mm input jack are also located on the same satellite- so you can plug your MP3 Player in easily. There is also a 3.5mm input on the sub, and R & L RCA input jacks on the sub.The actual components are very well-built and of nice quality. Heavy; not cheap and cheesy. And the sub is built sturdily and heavy enough to take the pounding of the bass that it is capable of producing, with no rattles or other annoying noises. The system works well at all volumes, from loud, to barely perceptible- including the sub, which still does it's thing, even at the lowest volume, and maintains the bass in proper proportion, even at very low volume- and thanks to the bass control knob, you can choose to have virtually no bass at all...or overwhelming bass- or anything in-between. You can tailor it just the way you like for your preferences and listening needs. The only slight caveats:The cables which connect the satellites to the sub are about 6' long. If you want to place the speakers further apart (Their placement in the room, and the orientation of the sub can make substantial differences in the sound) you'll have to get extensions. A standard RCA extension cable for the left satellite can be had for 6 bucks, but the special cable needed to extend the right cable (which contains all the controls) is rather expensive- ranging from 25 to 50 clams or more, depending on the length you need. Considering the qualityu of these speakers though, and the price for which you can get them here on Amazon, that doesn't bother me as much as it otherwise might- even if you spend 40 bananas on an extension, these speakers are still a great deal, and will still sound better than anything you can get for the combined price.Only other minor complaint: There are no keyholes or any other attachment points on the satellites for wall mounting. To be fair thopugh, most other systems designed primarily for computer use do not have such features either (Withj my old speakers, I drilled my own- without even taking the speakers apart- and I got lucky, and didn't hit anything inside...but I'm not willing to take that chance with these- so I made little shelves for the satellites, and velcroed them to the shelves!)That's it.Summary: If you're looking for great-sounding speakers for any purpose, with amazing bass, and are not prepared to spend several hundred bucks, get these! Period! Others aren't even close at anywhere near this price. There's no competition- these are simply the best you can get at this price point- case closed; no regrets!

Great for home theater use
Great system for a home theater. Not the best for pure music listening. The bass response is tremendous but the mid to high range is limited, probably due to the size and configuration (no separate tweeters!) of the main speakers. It's probably going to somewhat disappoint pure audiophiles for music, but then, I doubt they would be buying such a system anyway...still...for $99 you get a very nice little speaker set with booming bass that really makes your movie experience pop. A remote feature for volume and bass control (separate bass knob) would have been a nice addition, especially considering they are marketing this as a THX system for home theater use. I would recommend as I dictated above and buy again.
