It’s a trash, it doesn’t work with iPhone at all. They sell the same thing at apple store, and if you want to use this mic with iPhone you need to go to apple store and buy it there. The one in apple store has a different audio cable and can make sure it will work.

For Apple purchase the Lightning Digital AV Adapte
Art murals from my photographs for my friends and family. It is perfect also for presentations. It is itty bitty and perfect. For Apple just need the AV Cable. Anyone at an Apple Store can help you. This info is also in the manual - take it with you to Apple. It is perfect.

Works great at backing up iPhone and iPad.
This was great for backing up my wife's iPhone 8 and iPad Air 2. She was able to download the iXpand app through Apple store and backup her iPhone pictures and documents. I was able to transfer the pictures to a Dell laptop and upload them to Amazon photo location. The transfer went quickly on both Apple systems and on the Dell laptop. The Apple connection was firm and didn't seam loose as some other cable connections have also connectivity wasn't interrupted when device was moved around or bumped. The same was true on the USB 3.0 connection to the Dell laptop. The pivot point also is solid and doesn't flop or spin easily. I really like the product and will be buying another for my daughter.

Works as advertised!
This item was substantially cheaper on Amazon than the Apple Store. The initial use of this flash drive took about 6 hours. However I had about 6500 pic, 100 videos and about 300 songs.So far so good. Definitely like the piece of mind knowing all of my Iphone pics have been backed up.
