Good qualities: comfortable, can hear music/sounds very well, comes with nice case etcBad quality: callers can’t hear me or say It sounds muffled.

As advertised
Good product as advertised. Sometimes it sounds a little muffled if the sounds is too high but overall it does what it is supposed to do.

Nice but audio quality is kinda bad
Everything just sounds really muffled/ not clear. They fit nice and have good noise cancelation with the ANC on but other than that if youre getting this for music or gaming, dont.

Decent for price, wish it was louder
It's an okay speaker.. not to loud but it's not extremely low either.. when you first turn it on Rayconnn sounds so muffled which scared me but again it's decent.. good for like the beach!

Great little speaker
Great sound, great bass, super easy to connect. My only complaint is that it sounds a little muffled when I bring it in the shower but sounds great anywhere else. Happy with it for the price and now my son wants one for Christmas cuz he loves it too.

Good product but the sound quality isn't great
Everything about this is good except the sound quality, sometimes it sounds muffled when it is on. It also lags a bit. And the battery power doesn't last very long.

It’s ok for the money
The sound is good but the mic is not the best. Sounds very muffled. It’s a very pretty and convienant with how it folds. Easy to put away

Very impressed
Speaker sounds amazing. Bass boost is muffled on the first dsp setting but the second setting dsp is perfect! Third dsp is boring.
