It's not a BOSE, but it sounds very good, it's easy to use, and it costs less than a dishwasher.
I got this to replace an older Doss box, about the same size, that my kids managed to lose somewhere. This one is even better, sound-wise, and is a little smaller. It's also easy to use. It hooks up to the Bluetooth in my phone more quickly than any other speaker. Low frustration.There's the usual confusion (for me) about where the best volume control is -- is it in the app? The phone itself? Or the speaker? But it does manage to get nice and loud, louder than makes sense for a little cube thingy. The Allman Brothers sound like the Allman Brothers. Marvin Gaye sounds like Marvin Gaye. Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats sounds like Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats.Again, you're not buying a BOSE. But if you drop it in the street and a garbage truck runs over it, you won't weep. You can get another one. And with the extra money you save, you can go out for a nice dinner.

Tech Support with Neil Roberts & Richard Reese
I was having problems reconnecting my cameras after I deleted my app and reinstalled it. I called in for tech support and Neil Roberts very helpfully walked me through the steps needed to do a hard reset. He was able to assist me with getting the camera set up within minutes. I hung up the phone and repeated the process for my second camera but it wasn't working for some reason. I called back in and Richard Reese assisted with an alternate form of set up via online configuration. He was able to get my second camera up and running within a few minutes as well. Very helpful, friendly, and efficient tech support both times!

Support problem
First of all I would like to say, that I did like the camera ! It worked good for 9 months, then the camera went out and will not show nothing! Support has not responded in weeks and I just sent them another message and email! I wish I know u can’t call n talk with someone, I would have went a different route!December 17 2021 update!I have got a hold of customer service a few months back and they replaced it with new camera ! Unit has worked great!! Since then customer service have been in touch with me on a regular to monitor and questions or concerns I may have ! Customer service is everything so keep doing a great job!! Thanks

Easy to assemble and begin using.
While the product itself did not come with directions, I found out from a few YouTube videos how to work the camera and set it up. (This didn't take too long by the time the batteries were charged up, then I was ready to go.) I was able to take a good quality video right out of the box. The sound quality is a bit low but for the purpose of the camera the sound is fine. I didn't include water resistance because I didn't buy it for water purposes, but my husband hopes to use it in paint-ball so the water resistance will come in handy! I hope I get a lot of good use out of this camera and the rest of my family as well!

A high tech marvel...
UPDATE: YI was nice enough to quickly send a replacement camera, and I'm updating my review because of that. I still feel that the camera is delicate in respect to the screen on the back, so I'm taking a star off for that. But I have now put it in an aluminum housing and that helps to protect the camera. The video quality is what you've come to expect from YI, very good. I have not tried the 4K yet, but the 1080P 60 is sharp and full of detail. The interface is beautiful on the retina screen and easy too navigate with it's responsive touch capability. Low light video is much improved over the original YI Cam. I am happy with it and looking forward to putting it thru it's paces in the future.

Mounting Hardware / Good Service
While the camera itself performed fine, although a little unstable, my rating is because of the mounting hardware. I mounted it on my motorcycle and rode about 3 times - and it broke. The mounting hardware just snapped. No camera now....couldn't recover it after going 70 mph and lots of traffic. :(Updated: Initially reached out to my warranty via Assurion who refused to help. I contacted the seller and was originally told there was nothing they could do. However, a few days later someone from the company reached out and we were able to come to an agreement and they refunded the amount of the camera. I did buy another model and mounted it on my motorcycle. So far it's performed well.

Alta qualità e praticità
Ho acquistato questa camera e la trovo fantastica! È perfettamente impermeabile per le foto subacque e la qualità dell'immagine è molto alta, sia sott'acqua in superficie. All'interno della confezione si trovano tanti accessori per posizionare la camera in bici e fare foto e video in movimento. È presente anche un telecomando per le foto da remoto e con l'app puoi guidare tutto dal tuo cellulare in condizioni difficili di scatto. La camera inoltre è molto leggera e maneggevole, puoi portarla sempre con te.Sono molto soddisfatto!

Not sure how it will work out long term
Camera is nice. Its my first camera and there was no strong guide on how to use it or any of the accessories. I bought a bunch of accessories to try but im still unsure when and where to best use them. I had to look up a video of some 7 years explaining things. Also im completely unsure if this camera is water proof even after the description saying it is from reading other bad reviews… and against what kinds of water?. So i went ahead and bought the waterproof case but im still unsure how it will hold up until I actually decide what to use it for.. mostly bought it to take underwater pictures at the beach and to take pics of me and my boyfriend without taking a selfie.

Great pictures and excellent customer service
This camera takes excellent pictures but eats batteries like crazy. It was set to 10 seconds of video with 20 seconds lag time on medium/default sensitivity and after three hours the camera (placed inside my house for security) 8 brand new batteries were dead. I had already gone through 16 batteries and am now seeking a compatible power adapter instead of returning only because the picture quality really is phenomenal.Update: Vikeri reached out and sent a replacement which works much better than the first. Who knows whether it was the camera or the batteries but it is difficult to find a more proactive company when it comes to ensuring satisfied customers. I would buy anything from them with confidence!
