Want a Refund
I was really excited when this product arrived. However this product is not good. The calibration only last for a few minutes then I have to spend hours trying to calibrate it back. The app says it needs to update but the screen is cut off and you can't click it the button to upgrade. When trying to charge the device it's hit or miss. sometimes it charges and sometimes it doesn't. As you can see in the photo it's plugged into a charger but not charging. Please provide a replacement product or a refund. If not I'm warning all reader's to NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!
