Great but just suddenly stopped working.
We love this sound machine for portability and ease of use. However, after working flawlessly, it all of a sudden just stopped working. It will turn on, but turn off several times throughout the night, each time waking my child.

Great volume, fairly comfortable, can be muted.
Enjoyed using them. Suddenly stopped working. I'm pretty disappointed. They were perfect for my online teaching job.

Great monitor
We have had great luck with this monitor. It is simple and works great. It suddenly stopped working after 6 months and the company is sending a replacement out within days. I recently bought this again for a friends baby shower. I would recommend.

Stopped turning on after a couple months
Stopped working suddenly, its not clear to me why it broke but it was a great lamp while it lasted.

Suddenly stopped working, replaced quickly!
Sounded great for almost 4 months. Now it has suddenly stopped working.Because of the warranty I contacted the company who sent me a new one right away. Excellent customer service!

Replacement
I had a the product for a little over a year when it suddenly stopped working. The volume controls did not respond. I called the manufacturer and a very helpful Thomas was able to send me a replacement monitor.

Broke after a few uses
I only had my ring like for less than two weeks before it broke. The light suddenly stopped working aligning with the buttons to change its brightness. I emailed the team and they immediately sent me a replacement and it works great! They responded quickly too!

This speaker failed after the return window had pa
It was great while it worked. Then out of the blue, while listening to music, it suddenly stopped working. It was after 3 months, so beyond the return window -- however the seller did provide a choice of a refund or a replacement.
