I’m enjoying this a lot!!!
I’m loving this gimbal. This is my first one. New to the photography/videography world. I found this incredibly easy to setup and use. I found so many YouTube videos on how to use it and tips and tricks. I look forward to shooting with it all the time. It was nice to have the bag to carry it and the additional tripod base that comes with it as well.

Ethernet was best for me to connect camera
Rose Bradley with Amcrest was most helpful. She resolve my connectivity problem with ease using my ethernet.

Great camera and awesome Tech Support
I really love this camera. But the tech support is where this brand shines.I tried to install it my self, but after several failed attempts, I sucked it up and called the tech support number under the HELP section. I was quickly connected to Jeremy from Amcrest Tech support was he super helpful (and patient) with the install. Turns out I needed an update and after connecting to an Ethernet cable, Jeremy also gave me a walk through installing the software on my phones and PC. I was really impressed with the whole experience. No wait time. Very knowledgeable tech. Friendly and even called me back after we were disconnected (bad connection on my end). I have no doubts about the quality of this camera.

The best camera and the best product support!
The camera worked flawlessly for the past three years. Amcrest support helped me configure it initially and when I encountered an issue with Safari no longer supporting plugins, technical support guru Joel Hunt walked me through the process for working around Safari and providing access via SeaMonkey. He was fast and professional and resolved the workaround in a straightforward manner. I highly recommend the camera, the software, and the support team. I can't recommend them highly enough.

A great, user-friendly game camera
We bought this product as a gift for our daughter who wanted to see what sort of critters we have in our wooded back yard. It is the highlight of her day, everyday, to check it out. The camera works very well, is easy to use, and the picture quality is great. Tons of fun!

Decent camera with Great customer support!
We've had the product for a while now and overall we are pretty happy with the results. The one time we had a major connectivity problem Dustin with customer support was able to help us get logged back on!
