Awesome support! I purchased this camera and tried countless times to get is setup, to no avail, I read just about every comment and review trying to figure out why I was unable to setup this camera, I had read how the tech support was not up to par so I was getting worried. I finally contacted Amcrest tech support and spoke with Luke (an awesome and patient tech supporter) he took his time and talked me over EVERYTHING that needed to be done his patient was awesome as to I'm deaf in one hear and had to consistently ask him to repeat himself, not once did the tone of his voice change as I kept asking him to repeat himself. This is a great camera and I'm very satisfied with the picture quality the camera movement is smooth and fast, and the audio is fairly good, but I'm even more I'm satisfied with the tech support Luke gave me. I plan on purchasing two more to place throughout my home... Thanks Luke wherever you are.

Clear picture, wonderful camera and sound both ways. The only thing I’m disappointed about is with the motion detection, I can not get it to record all people only vehicles. It doesn’t make sense that people walk their dogs and walk in front of my house and it won’t record it but a car passes in the street 15-20 feet further away and it will record it.

The remali 4k includes 12MP quality. With the ability to provide single or crystal shots. This comes in handy for almost anyone. One of its best features is obviously its exquisite camera quality but also you can bring the camera with you whether in the pool, the lake or even the ocean. Me and my family had an amazing experience with this. It also has a remote control which is very easy to use. My favourite feature personally which made me OMG!! was the fact that there's an APP which is compatible with IOS or android. The app lets you view what is being captured as well as record videos, take pictures, upload and send files to your friends and family as well as share on social media.

This camera by Remali is really easy to operate and it’s nice to watch the videos because the playback quality is incredibly clear. The price is really reasonable considering what a GoPro sells for and these guys give a lot more in terms of extras. The people at Remali were also quick to respond to me when I contacted them with some questions.

This is my first IP camera and I spent a week researching reviews on other products and comparing prices, ease of use and product quality.The camera is excellent quality, sturdy product and packed very nicely to ensure safe arrival.The instructions are very basic as is the phone app and you definitely need a little knowledge and understanding of networks if you want to assign the camera a static IP, load the software on your laptop and configure certain things like motion detections scheduling etc.I am incredibly tech savvy so I did not need to rely on their tech support, however there were a handful of frustrating moments when setting up the software on both the phone and laptop as well as altering the username password to change from the default ( YOU MUST DO THIS OR RISK GETTING THE CAMERA HACKED !!! ).We went out for the day yesterday and only once I received a motion detection push notification to my phone which freaked me out a little, I have no pets and shades were drawn closed, so no shadows or sunlight or anything to actually trip the motion detection ( NOR AN ACTUAL ROBBER THANK GOD ). It only happened once and was not a big deal.When day turned to night, the night vision was really impressive and my ability to scan my home whilst being away was quite comforting.As with every product out on Amazon, you will get bashers who give 1 star, but the quality of this product when you get it up and running is super impressive.As an added benefit, I can monitor and talk to my kids when they get home from school through the 2 way speaker while I am in the office.I would definitely consider purchasing another one of these cameras for the other sections of my home.For those who care, I would have given 5 stars if the phone app was a little more intuitive , it is simple to manage.. but something about it is annoying.

Awesome camera! Amcrest has delivered a fantastic product that is very well thought out and works beautifully. I always wire my cameras for the sake of reliability and performance. When I was testing the camera for basic functionality using the wireless signal, I was blown away with how well it worked. My wife was on the other side of the house and we were able to conduct a conversation in real time over the airwaves. Setup was a breeze. Once you scan the QR code on your phone, the camera and the phone do all of the configuring between the two of them and you are ready to roll. I was receiving motion alerts on my phone immediately.I initially planned on using the security camera indoors when we went on vacation. Now I use it for all kinds of ad hoc projects. When I am canning I set it up to keep an eye on the pressure gage. This allows me to leave the room, but keep a diligent eye on the pressure. I have also placed it by my pellet gun targets to see how well my shooting is coming along. Keeps me from having to walk out to the target to see the details. : -)Amcrest has delivered the camera Foscam has been promising to deliver for the last ten years. This is a winner!

I bought this both to get an idea of what wildlife activity is going on where I hunt, especially with deer, but also to be sure that some trespassers who were sneaking into that woods hadn't tried sneaking back.This woods is surrounded by farm fields, which means that the only time that I have access to go to the camera is after the harvest and for the month or so before the crops have come up.What that means is that the game camera that I required was one with a power source that gives it the ability to run from approximately mid to late April clear up to approximately mid to late October, when the crops are harvested.The fact that this camera has both a backup via AA batteries with a solar charger as its main source of power is what made me decide to buy it.I wasn't so sure that the solar charger would sustain the camera, so the battery backup helped allay my concerns about that, especially since I wasn't sure that sufficient sunlight would reach it with it mounted well within the shade of the woods.Well, I mounted the camera to a medium-sized tree in late January of 2022, never once touching it until I finally returned to look at the photos and video that it took (hundreds of deer!) on October 24, 2022.Well, not only were the photos and video top notch quality, but I'm happy to say that the charge indicator indicated that the camera never once had to fall back on the AA battery backup, operating entirely on the power provided by the solar charger alone.It took somewhere around 250-270 photos and the same number of 10-second video clips over that nine-month timespan, and the solar cell was more than enough to keep it going.I'm also happy to say that the seal kept it completely protected from the elements as well.There are lots of other cameras that allow the photos and video to be remotely downloaded via cellular connection, but the downside of those is that they require expensive subscriptions for the connection and data.This camera, on the other hand, proved ideal for me to be able to know approximately how many deer are in my hunting woods, what the doe/buck ratio is, the age of the deer, and (most importantly of all to me) what times of day the deer favor for entering or leaving the woods where the camera was mounted.I don't know if this camera is necessarily the reason that I pulled off a first last fall, taking a doe and a buck within seconds of each other; but I can say that one of the videos that the camera took showed six deer all at the same time, three does and three forkhorn bucks.As it happens, the doe and button buck that I took were among a modest herd of seven.Just some other technical notes, but the camera can be configured for sensitivity of the motion sensor, whether to enable the illuminator to take night shots (I did), whether to take video and the time period limit for each video clip, and whether to include the time/date stamp within the videos/photos themselves.I'm also pleased to say that, if you configure it to include the time/date in the video clips, it also includes the temperature in fahrenheit/celsius, some very useful information to determine peak times for wildlife activity.This camera is affordable, durable, has the ability to run year-round without battery replacement, and the only real limitation I can think for how long it can run and keep all the photos and video being how big of an SD card that you use, but even with 250-270 photos and 250-270 videos, I used not even 4GB total of space on the 128GB card that I am using.I see no reason to do it this way, but if I really wanted to, I could leave this camera up for a decade straight before going back to retrieve the images.This is an excellent camera, and I won't hesitate to recommend it.
