I cannot get it to work good. After one minute it goes into the sleep position with the phoneThe Inception mode does not work, you click three times like the manual says or the Youtube tutorials show and nothing happens.It says that you need to click twice to get it to sports mode, well, for same reason mine is 3 times.At this point I'm sending it back

A pricepoint friendly camera for beating about in
This is a replacement for the last Askaso I ordered. The review below is the same. The unit had a technical issue, so It was sent in directly to Akaso for replacement/review. It took a bit longer than replacing through Amazon, but I wanted Akaso ot see what the issue was directly.I am using this as a 'hat cam' while hiking. I like the 4K ability, but as the battery wears out quite quickly at 4K I will probably be recording at 1080 or 2.7k/ 60fps. I do like the ability to have the cam powered by an external battery via the USB. While this worked, on my previous unit, the continuous plugging/movement wore out the USB connection and it became intermittent power. I have since ordered a new one, and will be gluing the mini USB cable directly to the camera for longevity. Although a 256GB card would be nice, the 64 limitation still works as I intend on recording in lower resolutions. I chose the Elite over the Brave8 due to the cost considerations.

The Brave 4 is a great camera for it's price!
As they say, you get what you pay for, but in this case you get more. It really is all most people will need.

Hands down the best action camera
I bought this as a companion for my Insta360 One X and could not be happier. The size offers so many options for recording and, along with all the variety of mounts and it’s magnetic back, this camera can go anywhere and everywhere to offer so many options.In addition it’s size makes it so much better than any GoPro I’ve purchased for variety of mounting options and not being so noticeable. No need to have a larger camera awkwardly mounted to your head or chest. With the magnetic pendant that allows this tiny camera to be magnetically snapped to your chest, you’ll look less awkward shooting first person video.The video quality and stabilization is amazing and you can’t beat it for the price. Would be 6 stars if possible.

Great camera, not so great app!
Quality product for the price. It included tons of attachments which has been helpful so far. Unfortunately the app could use quite a bit of work. Frequent crashing and really a bare bones design. That is the only issue with the camera so far.

Great camera, unstable android software
This is an awesome camera for outdoor vlogging. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the software for the Android platform is quite unstable. You can use the pc version of the software, but it lacks a lot of the nice features available on the phone version.

Incredible value. Super advanced camera!
One of my friends had this new version and I had a chance to try it out before buying. I was blown away by the improved stabilization. I own the ONE R and what really sold me on buying my own ONE RS is that all of the mods are interchangeable between the ONE R (previous model) and ONE RS. I have to say that I have owned many action cameras and the fact that Insta360 made the old and new versions cross compatible shows that they really care about their customers. I have never seen this from other companies like GoPro or DJI. One of the reasons I purchased my original Insta360 ONE R is because the app is so advanced and I can edit and share everything from my phone while on the go. They have packed even more into this version. I LOVE Shot Lab!Some of the new accessories they released look pretty awesome. Once I save up some more money, I am going to grab a bunch of the accessories. I’ll update my review once I get a chance to try them out!
