Stylish and Bright
This lamp is very easy to assemble. I was skeptical as to how much it would help with lighting a very dark area of my apartment but it exceeded my expectations.

Love It
I use this speaker for sound via Bluetooth on my Chromebox. It doubles as my portable speaker when I go for a hike or two the beach, connected to my phone.Overall, it works very well and sounds great. Connection to the Chromebox can be a little fickle to establish sometimes, but is reliable once it's connected and sounds great. I think this is a perfect use for a speaker like this.If you're looking for a small speaker to use modestly in public to watch YouTube videos, for example, this is probably not the one you want. It has some fullness/bass to the sound and lacks a native EQ control, so it doesn't do quiet/discreet very well. It's also kinda chunky to carry around, but totally fine to toss into a backpack. It may not be the right choice as a shower speaker either if you live in an apartment. It can withstand the water/steam/humidity, but it gets boomy in the bathroom real fast. At low volumes, it's fine though.Battery life on it seems outstanding at lower volumes. I don't have any specific figures, but it gets pretty loud and I don't need to turn it up high at all.The little fabric loop on it works well and feels sturdy. It hangs with a carabiner just fine. It also stands up on it's long bottom side well, i.e. you don't need to prop it up on anything.Lastly, the silicone exterior with metal grille feels sufficiently rugged for indoor and outdoor use and toting in a bag. I don't see a need for it to be in a case, personally.Very pleased with this speaker and I would recommend it.

40D - Yes please!
Pros: Great image quality, easy to use, great UI, reasonably priced (used), very decent high FPS capability, very good battery life, quiet shutter, live view occasionally helpful in real world shooting, nice viewfinder, decent built in flash, very good high ISO performanceCons: Physically large, 1.6x crop, CF only storage.Review: After using the Rebel XT (which I still like quite a bit) I decided that I should get a bigger fancier, more expensive camera to take on vacation to Japan. I had quite a bit of buyers remorse right before I went on my trip, because it took a good $650.00 out of my bank account (purchased Used). BUT as soon as I got to Japan, and I actually just walked around for 2 weeks looking to take pictures, I found that the upgrades in usability vs. the Rebel XT were well worth it. The superior click-wheel roll-ey wheel interface made getting settings right and in a hurry, easy. I also like the customizable "my menu" feature, which further simplifies use. So, it's great. If I could change anything, I would make it take SDHC cards/ weather seal the whole body, and that's about it. From what I understand 12MP is about as many as you want on a 1.6x crop sensor. I feel no envy toward the 50D. But, the 5D MkII does look fabulous to me...100% recommended, Perhaps the best 1.6x crop body camera evar!
