Holds well
This replaced a Anker unit that kept falling off. Having the ability to crank down the arm to hold onto the vent is vital. We'll see how long it lasts but it's working great so far.

I purchased the mount that glues (tapes) to my dashboard.This mount was purchased for taking on trips - for installation in rental cars. It works well for that.It isn't as stable as the glued version but if the phone is mounted 'low' (with the metal plate high-center on the phone) then the low center of gravity steadies it.The 'fingers' for fastening it to the vent grill don't spread apart very far. That makes it difficult to install.

Works well. This is my second mount for another vehicle. I have tried many types of phone mounts before and these are the cleanest and simplest to use. Keep in mind that you will need a thin metal insert behind your phone or a case that has a metal plate. Easy on and easy off. You can adjust the angle which makes it great.Only slight negative is that the tension comes lose from time to time and you need to readjust

Works well
I love my WizGear device. The only thing that I wish is that I was able to tighten it such that the plate doesn’t move when my phone is attached. I bought the larger version because I have a larger phone, but I am unable to prevent the phone from leaning against my radio. I tried tightening it, but this seems to tighten the connection to the vent only.

Works well
I ordered one for my husband, he has an i phone 8 plus, so it is large screen. He was worried the metal plate would not stay on his otter case. So far so good. And it holds the phone nicely. I did not rate the durability because he has only had it for a week. But we like it well enough to order one for his work truck, and my car too.
