The camera itself is fantastic, great picture quality, solidly built, plenty of accessories, pretty easy to use and intuitive.. love that it blurs out the selfie stick, makes for some wild videos/pictures that leave people scratching their heads, although it sometimes leaves a very visible line where it tries to 'stitch' the video together and somewhat ruins the shot.The app (iOS) on the other hand, is borderline unusable at times, it's crashed many times on me, takes forever to render videos, has a steep learning curve, the AI doesn't always allow you to move the view as you'd like, forcing you to make multiple view point changes to get the desired effect. It's a real pain in the nuts at times.. Not to mention their PC software is hidden behind a paywall and I couldn't get the free version to work, despite having a powerful gaming PC.I wish editing didn't use AI all the time, I want to be able to manually pan the camera and do things without AI analyzing and doing it for me.Do your homework, look up many videos on how to use the app and the camera is worth it. That goes for all 360 cameras, but especially so ANY Insta360 ones..

Upon unboxing my AKASO I am impressed with the overall quality of the parts. For the price, the amount of extras you get is basically unmatched. I appreciate the fact that AKASO rewards their customers for feedback and, while I haven’t needed to use it yet, I have a feeling that the customer support will be more than sufficient to overcome any obstacles a user may encounter. While there are better cameras out there, you will pay hefty price tags for them. For the value, this camera stands out among its similarly priced competitors

 Variety of mounts and great camera for the price. Good choice for beginners starting out and experimenting with video making hobby. Used with biking, mounted on helmet, video quality was good, bumps on road were barely noticeable. Excited to try out on my future trips!

Used it for mountain biking and the image stabilization was pretty good.

I like the versatility of the product for the price. I am able to get good videos while snowboarding and with all the accessories it comes with, it makes it easier to do while on the slopes. I like how I can also access the camera with the remote control device and my smartphone. It has lots of options that I have yet to explore. All in all a good, worthwhile product.

I bought this camera for small projects where full professional equipment is not required. At first, I was worried about the video quality for the price, but i was pleasantly pleased. Most of our work is with green screens and you can see the quality compared to other entry-level equipment. Also, Ordro has great support, my mount that came with the kit had an unfinished connector but Ordro made it right and reimbursed me to order another one. You can't go wrong with this kit.

I bought this camera back in May of 2019. I did not write review immediately because I wanted to use in various applications before I gave my opinion. Since I purchased I have used it in following ways:Pros:* In my flight training on the wing and in the cabin, lot of shaking on the wing and changing of light from bright to day in the cabin depending upon sun location* Walking trails and places in Hawaii, full sun bright light* Parties, i.e. birthday etc. low light, candle, light,* Record myself playing tennisThis camera has delivered exceptional quality of video and batteries lasting over 2 hour each. I have improved my tennis play, my landing and made so many people happy when I shared recorded video of Hawaii with my Guru on YouTube.Cons:* I have to unmount mounting accessories in order for me to change battery.* Camera does not retain date/time when I change battery* Details are not as visible in dark area, I did not find settings for exposure to make it brightPros out weight cons so much that I am fine with it. Definitely heck of a lot better than paying $200/ $300 for other brands. Also, until I disclosed everyone I shared video with assumed I shot my videos with the other known brand. Many didn't believe the result Akaso delivered.

I was pleasantly surprised at the color depth and sharp resolution from this tiny workhorse. The battery life was average, but the amount of video it stores on a small micro SDCard, took me by surprise. Although I didn't shoot any underwater footage, I did take it rafting down a river and the water resistance was On Point.As an AV professional, I recommend this product for your adventure videos.
