Great for Zoom Calls
Unable to give a 5 due to some callers not being able to hear. Some callers are able so great for price. Being able to use wireless or wired is a PLUS.

Good product!!
Love this more than I thought I was going to. Made my wired mouse seem wireless. The USB hub and lights are just a bonus. Great for my gaming and school work.

Sound quality better than Bose soundsport Battery
Only purchased to listen to music can’t rate phone use. I would rate these headphones higher if I could Otium wireless headphones are excellent compared to hard wired bose headphones & I purchased Bose soundsport wireless ? $130 & Jialebi TWS-i16 couldn’t them to fit right so will not rate them & that’s the issue you have to fit earbuds for quality sound try all ear pieces. Also adjust your eq music on device. Otium equal or better than Bose soundsport. Otium a lot cheaper $18.99 Sound above average quality excellent. Range above average. Battery life above average!! Going to give away Bose & Jialebi to someone.

Nice to have!
These headphones were amazing for the five months I had them, they sounded great and were overall good with volume. There is a catch with these though, it's only good when having it wireless. When you plug it into a device with the wire cord it sounds awful and sometimes only works on one side. So if you want your headphones to be the wired one, these wouldn't work. When wireless, it's great!Sadly now one of the sides were the headphones snapped and now I can't use them anymore. So be careful with how you put them on because even while I wasn't rough with them, they still ended up breaking after a few months.

spectacular wireless headphones
These are the best truly wireless headphones I have had. I have had both the galaxy buds and buds 2 neither of which had ANC the high-end sony Headphones, which have ANC and are awesome, they are just too bulky. while these don't have the battery life of the others 5 hours is still plenty for my use. They charge very quickly and sound amazing both in calls and listening to music. People don't complain about not being able to hear me when on the job site.

Excellent product
Because of the high price of Plantronics headsets (but you get what you pay for) I went for this wired version, rather than wireless. Also I think wired is more reliable if you need to connect quickly.Comfort, sound quality and bundled software are all excellent - highly recommended.

Great wireless headset for the price for the Xbox
The only thing that would make it better is if it was wireless. But for my son for Christmas he loves it, he had a wireless one that fell apart in one year. I can’t afford the price of a new wireless ones so I just got him a wired in one. I think he gets a little emotional when he plays.

small yet good sound
like a lot; wish had read better on descriptives, since mainly purchased for laptop for WIRED connection, which this does not have; wireless connectivity to iPhone flawless; sound quality for size is impressive.
