Bought this for my husband. Now I want one. We both suffer from sinus pain, this really helps. It is a bit loud, but you get over it as you relax. I do wish there was another tune or 2. But regardless, this is a keep by the bedside kind of thing.

I bought the Owlet monitor before this one and I ended up switching to this baby monitor for several reasons. The Owlet camera lacked some of the key features that make the Infant Optics monitor far more practical.The resolution is higher on the other system but, in my opinion, you don't need extreme resolution. You just enough to see baby clearly. The infant optics accomplishes just that in the light and dark. It's not Ultra HD but, I'm not watching a movie, I just want to make sure he is breathing and asleep.The pan and tilt feature was huge for me. I have a very active baby who moves around quite a bit in his sleep. Although the Owlett camera appears to have a wider view, you have to get the camera just right to see the entirety of the room/crib. I struggled to get just the right position (I never did) and would need a second camera in order to get everything that I wanted to see in view. Also, the ability to move your view will make him easier to monitor as he becomes more mobile.The major deal-breaker with the Owlet monitor is the app. In theory, the idea of an app is great. The issue is that the app doesn't have the ability to minimize, so if you are using your phone, your phone's sole function is as a baby monitor. Also, if the app is closed, it has no option of alerting you that baby needs attention. If baby is crying, I can only know if the app is open!!! Also, the app has some major dependability issues, delays, sound issues, etc. I usually have to refresh at least once to see baby. Not ok! The one time I get to use my phone is when he is asleep!!! Having separate, DEPENDABLE, portable monitor resolves this.Overall, I wish I had bought this first, instead of getting the Owlet sock/camera combo (I do love the sock, though it has its imperfections too).

I bought the machine for noise control while I’m sleeping during the day. I work a 12-hour night shift and need to sleep from about 9 am to 3 pm each day. Since my three grandchildren and their father live with me and they are doing school at home, it is important to drown out the noise which is inevitable. This machine, especially with the “adaptive” feature, keeps me sleeping for my “solid six”. I really like the “rainfall” setting. It is soothing and helps me to go to sleep quickly and stay asleep.

We installed two Arlo camera's about a month ago, and they have exceeded expectations! The picture quality is outstanding, and I love getting the motion detection notifications. Highly recommend!

I really like the install and setup but it requires the hub to use Alexa to work it it should have a mini hub built into it or work other ways but I do really like it works really good the fingerprint sensor takes a little bit with big fingers but works with wires and kids finger really good.. other then that it also works great with Google and Alexa.

I always hate asking someone from the group to take the group picture because then there's always someone missing. This worked perfectly. I'm sure there are many other uses, but this did it for me.

The Kasa camera was easy to install and setup. I installed mine in the garage. So far it has been flawless. It is a little bit sentive so I'm working on getting that adjusted.
